The HandyStar Energy can be used for a multitude of applications. Perfect for manual workstations or as an entry-level device. A solution for your ultrasound application. These are typically spot welding, riveting, crimping and cutting. With 600 W peak power and 375 W continuous power, it can also be used for all other 35 kHz applications.
The HandyStar Energy is based on the proven MAG Multi-Application Generator and, in addition to the manual mode, also masters the common welding modes such as time and energy. Converter cooling by compressed air is integrated and is switched on automatically if required. This minimizes the consumption of cooling air and your operating costs.

The CB6 ultrasonic welding process control system enables easy integration into automation lines. Together with the trend-setting Telso®Flex software, you benefit from the most modern operating software. This allows you to increase your efficiency thanks to the clearly arranged view. All relevant functions, parameters and results are available via the modern and standardized OPC UA data interface. You also have full access to the user interface via the encrypted VPN protocol. It enables remote monitoring of the system status and assistance for the operator.
For traceability and quality control, all welds are logged, including all parameters and results. This log can be saved locally, on a USB stick, network or FTP drive and automatically updated.
The Telso®Flex software can be adapted to your needs thanks to its modern architecture. As a result, new functions can also be installed later.

MT8000 PowerWheel®

PowerWheel® uses a new type of movement pattern for the sonotrode, which is excited by a torsional oscillator. The welding action is carried out in a rocking rolling movement directly at the weld. This means that the maximum amplitude is always at the centre of the weld area and the power output can be precisely focused.
With the PowerWheel® it is possible to weld the weld nodes in flex wire connections higher and narrower by up to 30% without losing strength. Likewise, high-strength welding can be achieved with the thicker terminal connections.
With the PowerWheel® it is possible to save material, construction space and costs.

The Telso®Splice TS3 is a tried-and-tested, sophisticated wire welding system. It is perfect for small welded splices and its light-weight and compact design makes it ideal for portable applications such as cable harnesses on assembly boards. It can also be used in preproduction and is available in a variety of table-top and standing table configurations. The Telso®Splice features highly intuitive touchscreen operation. Jobs, splices and sequences can be defined easily on the screen or loaded via the Telso®CON data interface. Cutting Sonotrodes

Sonotrodes are ultrasonic welding tools that are made to resonate when high-frequency mechanical oscillations are introduced. Sonotrodes are designed based on the Finite Element Method (FEM), and therefore guarantee optimum oscillation behaviour and long service life in all cases. The advantage of these sonotrodes is that the booster is already integrated and it does not need to be ordered. Boosters are used to increase or decrease the amplitude.

The Telsonic sonotrodes are available in Lambda 1 and Lambda 1/2. The application and accessibility determine the length that is used.

The SG47 sieving generator is part of the SONOSCREEN®plus range. It is set apart by flexible settings and high performance. The SG47 is suitable for diverse applications. The sieving generator SG4L pro is part of the SONOSCREEN®easy range. This sieving generator is set apart by its compact design, and is ideally suited for installation in various control cabinets. The SG4L pro generators are reliable entry-level models.

The SG4L pro sieving generator is certified in accordance with the safety standards UL and CSA for electrical devices. These standards are particularly important for the US and Canadian market.

Sieving Resonators

The Telsonic sieving resonators were developed for use in sieving machines. The resonator distributes the ultrasonic vibrations optimally over the entire screen fabric. The continuous cleaning of the fabric improves sieving performance, minimises material stress and prevents powder caking on the fabric and other components.
The resonators are available with fixed or bolted-on converters and are certified for explosive zones. In order to ensure uninterrupted powder flow, the converter can also be mounted outside of the sieving machine.
