TSP Ultrasonic Welding Systems

Telsonic’s patented torsional welding technique is an extremely gentle technique for supplying energy that significantly reduces the amount of unwanted vibration transferred to the welding object. With this development, it is now also possible to gently weld delicate products such as sensors. The extremely stable Telsonic press design can be extended with modules and operated in combination with the Telso®Flex controller to guarantee you maximum control of your process. A range of welding modes and trigger types enable optimum joint welding. Welding results are monitored in quality windows and automatically evaluated both graphically and statistically.

USP Ultrasonic Welding Systems

USP ultrasonic welding systems for welding and fusion forming thermoplastics and separating textiles, fleeces and foils are suitable for everything from small- scale to very large applications. The stable Telsonic press design can be extended with modules and operated in combination with Telso®Flex controller and MAG generator to guarantee you maximum control of your process. A range of welding modes and trigger types enable optimum ultrasonic processing of plastic parts. The welding results are monitored in quality windows and automatically evaluated both graphically and statistically.

HandyStar Energy Ultrasonic Handheld Welder

The HandyStar Energy can be used for a multitude of applications. Perfect for manual workstations or as an entry-level device. A solution for your ultrasound application. These are typically spot welding, riveting, crimping and cutting. With 600 W peak power and 375 W continuous power, it can also be used for all other 35 kHz applications.
The HandyStar Energy is based on the proven MAG Multi-Application Generator and, in addition to the manual mode, also masters the common welding modes such as time and energy. Converter cooling by compressed air is integrated and is switched on automatically if required. This minimizes the consumption of cooling air and your operating costs.

Sound Enclosure SSK

The sound enclosure SSK is suitable for all linear and torsional presses up to 5,000 N. With its ergonomic enclosure the SSK provides an effective protection of employees. The interior offers enough space for presses with a spacer, a foil feeder and other accessories. The automatic lift door has a large window and the lifting height is configurable for shortest cycle times.

Telso®Flex Software for Systems

The full range of functions in the Telso®Flex control software is used in both ultrasonic welding systems and automation lines.

The software's modular design meets the desire for customisation and simultaneously future-proofs it for plastic welding, cut-and-seal and metal welding applications.

The innovative visualisation both reduces the complexity of operation and allows efficiency-enhancing functions to be adjusted intuitively.

A powerful and high-resolution 12" touchpanel is a key element of the software control. It includes an individual brightness adjustment function and has the advantage of being usable while wearing gloves.

Telso®Flex Controller for Integrators

The CB6 ultrasonic welding process control system enables easy integration into automation lines. Together with the trend-setting Telso®Flex software, you benefit from the most modern operating software. This allows you to increase your efficiency thanks to the clearly arranged view. All relevant functions, parameters and results are available via the modern and standardized OPC UA data interface. You also have full access to the user interface via the encrypted VPN protocol. It enables remote monitoring of the system status and assistance for the operator.
For traceability and quality control, all welds are logged, including all parameters and results. This log can be saved locally, on a USB stick, network or FTP drive and automatically updated.
The Telso®Flex software can be adapted to your needs thanks to its modern architecture. As a result, new functions can also be installed later.

ACC Controller

The ACC controller ultrasonic can be used to integrate TELSONIC welding components into an installation. Components such as the P4 pneumatic unit, the MAG-W generator, converter and actuators are matched with one and another and permit reliable control of the welding process.

Digital Ultrasonic Welding Generator MAG

The MAG ultrasonic generator range from Telsonic is predestined for simple and complex welding and cutting tasks in production lines, individual workstations and special systems. The typical areas of application are welding of plastics and non-ferrous metals, cut'n'seal processes for nonwovens or portioning of food.

The functional design and the low level of heat generation meet the high requirements of modern plant engineering. The generator can be controlled with analogue or digital signals. With integration into a PLC system easily achieved with the usual proven, state-of-the-art fieldbus interfaces. The MAG generator is therefore ideal for Industry 4.0 concepts.

Vortex Booster

The vortex boosters are ultrasonic tools which allow a high duty cycle thanks to integrated, efficient cooling. The innovative cooling concept enables short cycle times, such as those required for robot applications. This makes the vortex boosters ideal for robot integration. Apart from the advantages of a shortened processing time and a slim design, the vortex booster also offers fixed interfaces for the cooling medium, which remain unaffected in the event of a tool change.

VFFS Ultrasonic Tubular Bag Module

When sealing and separating tubular bag packaging with low film thicknesses, such as for lettuce, the stiffness of the module structure plays a distinct role with regard to sealing quality and consistency. The VFFS tubular bag module is optimized in terms of bending stiffness and allows high production rates with consistent sealing quality. As a reliable partner, Telsonic offers full support from initial contact to commissioning.

Stand-Up Pouch Ultrasonic Head Seam Module

The stand-up pouch ultrasonic head seam sealing module is characterized by an extremely compact and bend-resistant design, ensuring precise, repeatable, and tight seals. Interchangeable decorative strips allow for custom seal patterns. An innovative quick-change system ensures a fast tool change with fixed shape and position.

MT8000 PowerWheel®

PowerWheel® uses a new type of movement pattern for the sonotrode, which is excited by a torsional oscillator. The welding action is carried out in a rocking rolling movement directly at the weld. This means that the maximum amplitude is always at the centre of the weld area and the power output can be precisely focused.
With the PowerWheel® it is possible to weld the weld nodes in flex wire connections higher and narrower by up to 30% without losing strength. Likewise, high-strength welding can be achieved with the thicker terminal connections.
With the PowerWheel® it is possible to save material, construction space and costs.

Telso®Splice TS3

The Telso®Splice TS3 is a tried-and-tested, sophisticated wire welding system. It is perfect for small welded splices and its light-weight and compact design makes it ideal for portable applications such as cable harnesses on assembly boards. It can also be used in preproduction and is available in a variety of table-top and standing table configurations. The Telso®Splice features highly intuitive touchscreen operation. Jobs, splices and sequences can be defined easily on the screen or loaded via the Telso®CON data interface. Integration into MES environments is done via corresponding software plugins; for example, for the 4Wire CAO from Di.IT or customer-specific systems. Alongside the standard limit value monitoring, a bad parts cutter, anti side-splice accessory, wire stops and a user and rights management system help guarantee the highest level of quality.

Torsional Ultrasonic Welding Converters

The SONIQTWIST® torsional welding process developed and patented by TELSONIC is an extremely gentle method of applying energy which significantly reduces the unwanted vibration input into the welded object. This makes it possible to also weld delicate products, such as sensors in a gentle process.

Cutting Sonotrodes

Sonotrodes are ultrasonic welding tools that are made to resonate when high-frequency mechanical oscillations are introduced. Sonotrodes are designed based on the Finite Element Method (FEM), and therefore guarantee optimum oscillation behaviour and long service life in all cases. The advantage of these sonotrodes is that the booster is already integrated and it does not need to be ordered. Boosters are used to increase or decrease the amplitude.

The Telsonic sonotrodes are available in Lambda 1 and Lambda 1/2. The application and accessibility determine the length that is used.

Sieving Generator SG47

The SG47 sieving generator is part of the SONOSCREEN®plus range. It is set apart by flexible settings and high performance. The SG47 is suitable for diverse applications. With optimised presets, it is possible to achieve productivity gains amounting to tens of percent. The SG47 automatically looks for the optimum resonance points. The system is gentle on the material, does not have to be cleaned nearly as often and is extremely energy-efficient. Existing sieving systems can be upgraded to the SONOSCREEN®plus without great expense.
Users can set the best configuration for their own particular needs using the Telso®Flex Screening operating software. In this way, it is possible to find the ideal setting for efficient screening results every time.
Both heavy and lightweight pigment powders can be screened efficiently with the lowest possible energy input.

Sieving Generator SG4L Pro

The sieving generator SG4L pro is part of the SONOSCREEN®easy range. This sieving generator is set apart by its compact design, and is ideally suited for installation in various control cabinets. The SG4L pro distributes the ultrasound waves evenly onto the resonator and onto the screen fabric. The continuous cleaning of the fabric increases screen performance. The SG4L pro generators are reliable entry-level models.

The SG4L pro sieving generator is certified in accordance with the safety standards UL and CSA for electrical devices. These standards are particularly important for the US and Canadian market.

Sieving Generator SG4L

The sieving generator SG4L is part of the SONOSCREEN easy range. The device is easy to operate. The SG4L can also be used for ATEX zones. Just like the other generators in the easy range, it is designed to distribute ultrasonic vibrations evenly onto the resonator and onto the screen fabric, the constant cleaning of the fabric improves screen performance. The SG4L generators are reliable entry-level models.

Sieving Resonators

The Telsonic sieving resonators were developed for use in sieving machines. The resonator distributes the ultrasonic vibrations optimally over the entire screen fabric. The continuous cleaning of the fabric improves sieving performance, minimises material stress and prevents powder caking on the fabric and other components.
The resonators are available with fixed or bolted-on converters and are certified for explosive zones. In order to ensure uninterrupted powder flow, the converter can also be mounted outside of the sieving machine.

Quick-Release Resonators for Analysis Sieving Machines

The ultrasonics support the analysis sieving devices, as they often have no or inadequate inherent vibration. The ultrasonics also help to keep the sieving fabric open. This significantly improves the throughput of the sieving.

The quick-release resonators can easily be clamped to existing sieving frames, without having to adjust the sieving pan.

The ECO© generator range is an inexpensive, powerful solution for simple cleaning. The robust design makes it ideally suited for use in harsh environments. It adapts to even tough operating conditions. The table housing variants, 19" rack version and the DIN top hat rail variant guarantee simple mounting and fastening. We offer generators up to 2000 watt peak output and in the 20 kHz - 40 kHz frequency range.

Ultrasonic Tube Resonator

Ultrasonic tube resonators deploy a high effect even in a small space. Installed in a cleaning tank, the tube resonators generate a homogenous 360° ultrasonic vibration field. Thanks to their robust design, they are also suitable for overpressure and vacuum environments. Various applications can be realised with various lengths and a P-version, which offers higher output. Tube resonators are durable, highly robust and low-maintenance.

Linear Ultrasound Converters - SE Series

The converters of the SE series are renowned for their high quality and reliability. The series covers frequencies of 15, 20, 30 and 35 kHz and outputs from 500 W to 8 kW. For use in the food and medical fields, versions made of chemically resistant materials and with protection rating of up to IP67 are available.
