Comprehensive alarm functions allow for monitoring, switching and control applications. Some models offer a hysteresis facility to stop noisy signals switching alarms.

PRT Temperature Sensors (PT100, RTD)
The Resistance Thermometers supplied as standard have a platinum Pt100 detector housed in a closed ended protection tube of 316 Stainless Steel. The detector is positioned at the tip of the probe and the sheath is packed with heat transfer material to enhance response times and increase immunity from vibrations.Connected to extension wire, termination is either by flying leads, plug or socket connectors or via a terminal head.

We offer a 48-hour express service if required, plus guaranteed turnaround times to allow you to plan your test equipment maintenance effectively.
We provide a printed calibration certificate, normally unique to the unit under test.
We will also advise you on an annual basis when calibrations are about to expire.

Water Themometers
The HOBO Water Temp Pro v2 is durable with 12-bit resolution. Complete with a precision sensor for ±0.2°C accuracy, this logger measures temperatures between -40°C and 70°C (-40°F to 158°F) in air and up to 50°C (122°F) in water. Its waterproof, streamlined case allows for extended deployment in fresh or salt water. Moreover, the Water Temp Pro v2’s optical USB interface makes it possible to offload data even while the logger is wet or underwater.
A solar radiation shield is required to obtain accurate air temperature measurements in sunlight (RS1 Solar Radiation Shield, assembly required; or M-RSA pre-assembled Solar Radiation Shield).
