The MultiLock Plastic Sheet Piling

The MultiLock is our biggest seller. It utilities an advanced tubular design. This design enables the pile to support much more powerful hammers, and greatly increases the rigidity. Speed of installation is unparralleled compared to any other pile of our range. MultiLock can also be used with tubes or posts and work akin to a kingpost.

ProLock Plastic Sheet Piling

ProLock plastic piling is another one of our advanced range. The first plastic piles not to emulate steel pile designs. Most typically used as a kingpost hybrid, this is a stronger option to our best selling MultiLock. The flat frontage is attractive and also provides better impact resistance and load bearing.

Truline Modular Plastic Piling

Truline plastic piling is unique amongst the range in that it consists of a number of modules based around a U pile. The design create a box pile once interlock and this can be infilled with gravel or reinforced concrete.

THE Eco-Z Plastic Sheet Piling

The EcoZ, or economy Z plastic pile is based upon first design of plastic piling to be introduced into the UK, nearly 20 years ago by Bankmaster Systems. This design is a light duty Z pile that can be installed in two formats rib for coverage or box for strength.

The Europile

The Europile was the first major innovation upon the basic EcoZ design. It offered a better interlock design and gave the strength of the EcoZ box with the coverage of the EcoZ rib.

The Ultra Z Plastic Sheet Piling

For those that like their plastic piles to "look like a pile", the Ultra Z meets all criteria. Available in 3 thickness 7mm, 9mm and 11mm.

JETFilters

JET Filters are THE managed weep hole system that is vital to marine and bridge infrastructure today. The JET Filter relieves the hydrostatic pressures created by rain water as well as tidal surges trapped behind almost any design of control structures:Seawalls • Bulkheads • Retaining Walls• Sheet Piling • Bridge Abutments
Any earth retaining structure is an investment and to ensure that your investment reaches and exceeds its design life, consideration to proper drainage behind the piled wall is essential.
The lack of weep holes or alternate drainage can lead to a build up of static and dynamic water pressure, from trapped or perched water behind the wall. This build up of pressure, can reach a level that exceeds the design loads, and as a result lead to premature wall failure. Panel seams which have opened up or toe failure of the wall can be an indicator of unrelieved pressure due to clogged or insufficient weep holes.
The most basic weep hole is simply a drilled hole through the structure, but this, whilst eliminating pressure build up, will lead to soil erosion from the rear of the structure or in the long term become clogged.

APE Hammerman Equipment

APE Hammerman Equipment provides a specific range of piling equipment, primarily suited to the installation of plastic sheet piling. Since its creation, Hammerman has provided a range of equipment for hire and sales, including Atlas Copco PD1 handheld pile and post drivers, ESF Mini Piling Vibrators and Piling Mandrels. It is our intention to broaden our own range of products, and in this vane we have create a subsidiary called The Hammer (Manufacturing and Research) Company Limited. For the time being our focus is the provision of equipment on a hire basis, in support of our own plastic sheet piling range.
Originally all hired equipment was supplied through Aldridge Piling Equipment (Hire) Company Limited, commonly known as APE or APEhire. Even equipment introduced and owned by The Hammerman, was supplied through APEhire, such as the piling mandrels and post drivers. There having been a common directorship until 2014, but APEhire finally closed its doors in 2016, and dissolved in 2017 due to the retirement of its current directors and shareholders. In 2018, we introduced a new subsidiary, for our plant hire activities, and this now has the name Aldridge Piling Equipment (Hire) Company Limited.

Here at THE Plastic Piling Company, we provide a full range of piling equipment in various different formats which best suit our customer’s needs.

We as a company are the UK and EU distributors for the JETFilter Weephole System, which is a drainage scheme that can be used for sheet piling, timber, plastic or steel, concrete and masonry structures.

We believe that our plastic sheet piling methods include long-lasting timber, steel and geotextile structures. We as a company can guarantee that Plastic Piling is a permanent solution and will require no maintenance once in place. Plastic Piling is also a much safer working method than most as it involves better manual handling and therefore easier cutting.
