Atrato® Inline Ultrasonic Flow Meters

The Atrato® range of inline ultrasonic flowmeters utilise Titan’s patented technology that enables the Atrato® to operate with excellent accuracy over very wide flow ranges. The Atrato® ultrasonic flow meter is a genuine breakthrough in flowmeter technology. Its rugged, clean bore construction makes the Atrato® ideal for a whole range of low-flow applications. It’s USB port allows software connectivity at literally the touch of a button. The Atrato’s signal processing system permits flow measurement across the whole Reynolds number range allowing both viscous and non-viscous products to be metered accurately. With no moving parts, the Atrato® offers benefits including high reliability, fast response, high-speed batching capability, ability to connect, configure and operate multiple Atrato flowmeters, easy to use software interface, remote start / restart capability, data logging. The Atrato® is perfect for OEM applications.

Process Atrato® Ultrasonic Pulse Flow Meters

The Process Atrato® is based on our standard, wide ranging, Atrato® ultrasonic flow meter but packaged to address the more challenging industrial process and control environment. The body is 316 stainless steel, rated at 20 bar and the electronics are built-in and sealed to IP65. The only other wetted materials are PEEK and the customer’s choice of elastomers. The Process Atrato® is calibrated with a pre-set ‘K’ factor so all meters of the same flow range are fully interchangeable simplifying assembly and set-up procedures for OEM manufacturers. There are two adaptable frequency outputs, one PNP and NPN. Two multicolour LEDs indicate signal strength, power malfunctions and pulse outputs. Electrical connections are through a standard M12, four pin, sensor connector. Four flow ranges are available from 2 ml/min to 15 litres per minute, accuracy is ±1% over the whole flow range.

MetraFlow® Ultra-Pure Water PFA Ultrasonic Flow Meters

The Metraflow® through-flow, ultrasonic flowmeter uses Titan’s patented transit time ultrasonic flow sensor technology to accurately measure liquid travelling through a PFA flow tube. The compact integrated electronic, display and sensor package offers superior performance in a single assembly, making the Metraflow® the perfect ultra-pure water ultrasonic flowmeter. Computer and operational connections are separate, permitting setting and interface monitoring during normal operation. The units, time base, set points and analogue and digital outputs can all be set through the USB connector and Titan’s proprietary interface software. Other parameters such as minimum flow cut-off, computer based data logging, display/output filtration and a negative flow flag can also be configured through this port.

OG1 Oval Gear Positive Displacement Flow Meters

The compact OG1 oval gear flow sensor is designed to give high performance with a low cost of ownership. It has a standard flow range from 0.01 to 1.0 L/min on 30 cSt oil and 0.1 to 1.0 L/min on water-like liquids. With variable high pressure models up to 700 bar in standard 316 Stainless Steel with Viton™ ‘O’ ring seal and a standard ¼” process fitting size, options for non-metallic PEEK materials and sensors suitable for hazardous areas are available. For OEM applications other alternatives are available, including high pressure options and manifold mountings.

OG2 Oval Gear Positive Displacement Flow Meters

The compact OG2 oval gear flow sensor is designed to give high performance with a low cost of ownership. It has a standard flow range from 0.03 to 4 L/min on 30 cSt oil and 0.15 to 4 L/min on water-like liquids. With variable high pressure models up to 700 bar in standard 316 Stainless Steel with Viton™ ‘O’ ring seal and a standard ¼” process fitting size, options for non-metallic PEEK materials and sensors suitable for hazardous areas are available. For OEM applications other alternatives are available, including high pressure options and manifold mountings.

OG3 Oval Gear Positive Displacement Flow Meters

The compact OG3 oval gear flow sensor is designed to give high performance with a low cost of ownership. It has a standard flow range from 0.05 to 10 L/min on 30 cSt oil and 0.5 to 10 L/min on water-like liquids. With variable high pressure models up to 700 bar in standard 316 Stainless Steel with Viton™ ‘O’ ring seal and a standard ½” process fitting size, options for Aluminium or PEEK materials and sensors suitable for hazardous areas are available. For OEM applications other alternatives are available, including high pressure options and manifold mountings.

OG4 Oval Gear Positive Displacement Flow Meters

The compact OG4 oval gear flow sensor is designed to give high performance with a low cost of ownership. It has a standard flow range from 0.25 to 50 L/min on 30 cSt oil and 2.5 to 50 L/min on water-like liquids. With variable high pressure models up to 700 bar in standard 316 Stainless Steel with Viton™ ‘O’ ring seal and a standard ¾” process fitting size, options for Aluminium or PEEK materials and sensors suitable for hazardous areas are available. For OEM applications other alternatives are available, including high pressure options and manifold mountings.

OG5 Oval Gear Positive Displacement Flow Meters

The compact OG5 oval gear flow sensor is designed to give high performance with a low cost of ownership. It has a standard flow range from 0.5 to 100 L/min on 30 cSt oil and 4 to 100 L/min on water-like liquids. With variable high pressure models up to 700 bar in standard 316 Stainless Steel with Viton™ ‘O’ ring seal and a standard 1″ process fitting size, options for Aluminium or PEEK materials and sensors suitable for hazardous areas are available. For OEM applications other alternatives are available, including high pressure options and manifold mountings.

OG6 Oval Gear Positive Displacement Flow Meters

The rugged OG6 oval gear flow sensor is designed to give high performance with a low cost of ownership. It has a standard flow range from 2 to 200 L/min on 30 cSt oil and 10 to 200 L/min on water-like liquids. With variable high pressure models in standard 316 Stainless Steel or Aluminium with Viton™ ‘O’ ring seal and a standard 1½” process fitting size, options for senors suitable for hazardous areas are available. For OEM applications other alternatives are available, including high pressure options and manifold mountings .

OG7 Oval Gear Positive Displacement Flow Meters

The rugged OG7 oval gear flow sensor is designed to give high performance with a low cost of ownership. It has a standard flow range from 5 to 500 L/min on 30 cSt oil and 20 to 500 L/min on water-like liquids. The standard 50bar high pressure model is 316 Stainless Steel with Viton™ ‘O’ ring seal with a standard 2″ process fitting size. For OEM applications other alternatives are available, including high pressure options and manifold mountings.

Metra-Clear Oval Gear Positive Displacement Flow Meters

These compact rugged acrylic topped Metra-Clear oval gear flowmeters are designed to give high performance with a low cost of ownership. The meters cover flow ranges from 0.01 to 100L/min on 30cSk oil and 0.1 to 100L/min on water-like liquids. For OEMs, alternatives are available, including manifold mountings. The standard models have 316 Stainless Steel, Aluminium or PEEK bodies with Viton™ ‘O’ ring seals. For general specifications for these flowmeters, refer to the corresponding oval gear data sheet, i.e. MC1 − OG1; MC2 − OG2, etc.

NSF Approved 800-Series Turbine Flow Meters

The 800 series flowmeter is designed to give high performance and competitive pricing with 6 flow ranges from 0.05 to 15 L/min. Its totally non-metallic wetted components makes this the ideal choice for the metering of aggressive chemicals including ultra-pure water. Titan Enterprises maintains certification under NSF169 for their 800 Series turbine flowmeters and beverage dispensing flowmeters, as ‘equipment for food and drinks products’. The bearings are made of sapphire for long life and reliability, the body is moulded PVDF as standard and the ‘O’ ring seal is typically Viton™

NSF Approved Beverage Flow Meters

A drinks dispensing flow device for low viscosity liquids, the Titan beverage flowmeter is designed specifically as a flow measurement solution for the drink dispensing industries including coffee, beer, wines and spirits. They give high performance and competitive pricing with a flow range up to 10 litres per minute. They have totally nonmetallic wetted components which makes them the ideal choice for the metering of food and drink based products and even ultra-pure water. Titan Enterprises maintains certification under NSF169 for their 800 Series turbine flowmeters and beverage dispensing flowmeters, as ‘equipment for food and drinks products’. The bearings are made of sapphire for long life and reliability, the body is moulded in a choice of thermo-plastics (PVDF as standard) and the ‘O’ ring seal is typically Viton™.

800-Series Low Power Turbine Flow Meters

The Titan low power (4uA @ 3.3V) turbine flow meter is designed to give high performance and competitive pricing with 6 flow ranges from 0.05 to 15 litres per minute. Its totally non-metallic wetted components makes this the ideal choice for the metering of aggressive chemicals, including ultra-pure water. The standard inlet tubes are barbed to accept a hose size of 8mm, although for OEM use alternatives are available. The bearings are made of sapphire for long life and reliability, the body is moulded PVDF as standard and the ‘O’ ring seal is typically Viton™.

900-Series Turbine Flow Meters

The 900 series turbine flowmeter is designed to give high performance and competitive pricing with 6 flow ranges from 0.05 to 15 L/min. Its choice of body materials makes this the ideal choice for the metering of aggressive chemicals, including ultra-pure water. The standard inlet is ¼” BSPF although for OEM use alternatives are available (such as a ¼” NPTF option). The bearings are made of sapphire for long life and reliability, the body is either PVDF or 316 stainless steel and as standard the ‘O’ ring seal is Viton™.

1000-Series Turbine Flow Meters

The 1000 series turbine flowmeter is designed to give high performance and competitive pricing with 7 flow ranges from 0.05 to 30 L/min. Its choice of body materials makes this the ideal choice for the metering of aggressive chemicals, including ultra-pure water. The standard inlet is a ½” BSPF although for OEM use alternatives are available. The bearings are made of sapphire for long life and reliability, the body is either PVDF or 316 stainless steel and as standard the ‘O’ ring seal is Viton™.

FT2 Optical Detection Turbine Flow Meters

This multi-range radial flow turbine flowmeter with optical detection uses a low inertia turbine supported on robust sapphire bearings in a chemically resistant housing. Nine flow ranges (0.02 to 160 litres per minute), a choice of ‘plug-in’ fittings and individual traceable calibration make this FT2 meter one of the most flexible flow measurement devices available. For OEM applications the fittings can be tailored to suit the installation and speed up production. Custom leads or connectors are available on request for quantity orders.

FT2 Hall-Effect Detection Turbine Flow Meters

Pulsite® Solo Rate & Totaliser Battery Powered Display

Titan’s flexible Pulsite® Solo digital rate and total display unit offers battery or dc power options for use with flow metering devices. These panel or surface mounting digital display instruments are designed to be as versatile as possible permitting customisation to suit the application. The Pulsite® Solo is battery powered rate and total only whereas the Pulsite® Link Pulse & Analog Converter has multiple options with two transistor input/outputs and a user set analog output. Programming is simple on the Pulsite® Solo, the front panel keys used with easy-to-follow screen prompts. With a typical battery life of 5 years, the Pulsite® Solo requires no external power.

Pulsite® Link Pulse & Analog Converter

Titan’s programmable Pulsite® Link allows the user to convert standard pulse output flow meters to give linearised analog and NPN/PNP outputs. The device will accept both pulse and reed switch devices and provides 5Vdc to the installed flow meter. Titan’s Interface Software allows the user to configure and test the system via USB and a computer. Calibration data can be entered in order to linearise the flowmeter signal for greater accuracy. The Pulsite® Link offers NPN, PNP pulses and analog output of 0-5Vdc / 0-10Vdc or 4-20mA and the ability to configure flow alarm outputs.
