Service can be on-site or at Total Coating Systems' modern facility where we repair, service, test and commission before dispatch back to the customer.
We do our best to prioritise customer breakdowns as we understand the costs involved in lost production and down time. Time is always of the essence so we aim to get to you as soon as possible.
From paint pumps, to guns, to spray plants, we can get you back to spraying in no time.
If you need your spray machine collected we can have that arranged via UK mail or DHL.
Quick Colour Change
This is achieved by not requiring pump washout, colour change can be made without operator moving from the spray area (simply press a button.)
Continuous Production Line
Due to increased production and market share growth, the company's existing paint line was not able to cope with the demands placed on it. We evaluated the system and the volume of product to pass through the line, there after we determined the changes required to deliver the customer the right solution with adequate future proofing.
By re-working the existing design, introducing a new conveyor with variable drive, newly extended oven with a series of emitters and a new air re-circulation system, the customer now has no longer got a potential bottleneck in the paint shop.
New Build Plant Install
This being the case, we planned and implemented the installation of a large paint facility with one of our customers that incorporates four spray rooms, one prep room and two drying rooms. Re-circulation and extraction of air, heating, lighting and programmable controls all had to be interlinked.
