TQ31 Refrigerant Leak Detector
The sensor can be used individually or as part of a group of sensors monitoring a complex.
Groups of sensors can be connected to a TQ32 Area Alarm panel, situated conveniently on each floor for example, for group indication and room identification.
If required several TQ32 Area Alarm panels, covering individual floors can be linked to a central TQ35 reception panel to raise the alarm at a reception desk or security station for example.
TQ32 Area Alarm Panel
Individual room sensors are connected to a TQ32 Area Alarm panel, situated conveniently on each floor.
Local indication of room number and simple operator controls for ease of use.
Configurable alarm relays allow sensor to be grouped together to provide trip signals for individual corridors if needed.
If required several TQ32 Area Alarm panels, covering individual floors can be linked to a central TQ34 Indicator panel to raise the alarm at a reception desk or security station for example.
TQ4200 1-8, 1-16 Refrigerant Gas Monitoring System
The System has a modulated broadband infra-red source to enable the detection of CFC’s, HCFC’s and their replacement, HFC’s allowing the 4200 to accurately monitor different gas types simultaneously from a single detection panel.
Gases detected include:- R22, R134A, R404A, R410A,R407C, R422D, and R507 with many more available upon request; providing an ideal solution when upgrading from R22 applications.
TQ122 − Toxic Gas Sensor
High thermal mass, provides exceptional zero stability
Flameproof (EExd) suitable for Zones 1 & 2 applications No IS barriers required
Two-wire 4-20mA transducer Compatible with industry standard controllers
TQ8000 1-8, 1-16 Gas Detection Control Panel
The alarm and fault status of each channel is displayed on the front panel.
Each channel has 2 user defined alarm thresholds, which operate the front panel LED’s and the internal sounder.
Operator interface controls are available internally for the adjustment of alarm set points, channel inhibit, relays, and calibration span and zero. These controls are customer configurable and password protected.
All units are supplied with a comprehensive manual detailing installation, maintenance and easy to follow operating instructions.
Can be provided with separate or inbuilt battery back up.
TQ8000 1-24, 1-32, 1-40, 1-48 Gas Detection Control Panel
building management systems. Expansion relay cards can also be fitted to provide individual channel alarm contacts on larger systems.
In addition to the alarm relay contacts the TQ 8000 system can also provide MODBUS outputs for integration into 3rd party remote monitoring systems or remote displays.
TQ4200 1-24 Refrigerant Gas Monitoring System
The system requires a 240/110Vac power supply rated at 5 amps. Connection of the sample lines completes self contained operation.
The system has a modulated broadband infra-red source to allow the detection of many species of CFC’s and HCFC’s.
Gases detected include:- NH3, R12, R22, R114, R410A,R134A, R403A, R407C, R403B, many more are available upon request.
The TQ4200 is fully qualified for the enhanced capital allowance scheme, Allowing the end user to claim the VAT of the unit and it’s installation back from HM treasury department.
TQ Environmental Plc, operate a policy of continual product development which means the specification is subject to change without prior notice.
TQ122 − Flammable Gas Sensor
Stainless steel sintered flame arrestor
Flameproof (EEx d) No Zener barriers required
Highly stable 6 monthly calibration interval
Special versions available Poison resistant, high temperature
Simple design Cost effective
Ingress protection IP55
TQ126 Single Controller
The TQ126, in conjunction with our series of toxic, flammable and Oxygen sensors, offers a high degree of flexibility.
They can be used as follows:-
As a combined sensor and control unit for safe area applications
As a safe area control unit with remote hazardous area sensors.
(See diagram below)
The TQ126 controller is unique in the range, as it provides a 4-20mA output for concentration, when using catalytic sensors. This is derived from the 24V supply. The TQ126 cannot be powered from the 4-20mA line.
GD233 − Stand Alone Single Point Infrared CO2 Sensor
The LED multi-colour array shows increasing CO2 levels and alarm trigger points.
The GD233 is used for diffusion sensing applications, where the sensor is positioned at the point of monitoring and the gas diffuses through the sensor’s optical path. These sensors are not affected by being over range and can be used in inert atmospheres.
Integral alarm relays, with 2 distinct trigger points can be used to start extraction fans and trigger alarm beacons.
TQ4000 − 1-4 Channel Gas Detection Control Panel
cost, a highly reliable solution to gas monitoring. The unit can be factory or field configured for 1 − 4 channels as toxic or flammable sensors or a combination of gas and other 4-20 mA sensors.
GD231- Stand Alone Single Point Infrared Freon Sensor
The LED multi colour array shows increasing Refrigerant levels and alarm trigger points
Integral alarm relays, with 2 distinct trigger points can be used to start extraction fans and trigger alarm beacons.
TQ4300 − Multi Point Multi Gas Sampling System
Suitable for all refrigerant monitoring, Carbon Dioxide, HFC Refrigerants or both. Ammonia Detection is also available in the LEL and PPM ranges.
