It also has a mains water supply facility for continual use. The 4x4SD20KW is the perfect model for large industrial environments that require cleaning to the highest level. Food manufacturing sites in particular are a key customer as the steam can be used for ensuring that all the surfaces are clean and sanitised. For industrial engineering, this machine offers the power and steam volume as required for all heavy duty degreasing. This achieves the desired results that you are requiring without leaving excessive water residue. Easily manoeuvrable and simple to operate makes this machine a very popular model. It can be used as a mobile unit or as a static clean in place system. Delivering a large volume of steam through its 6 metre hose and accessories. The NVQ570 is a Simplex one motored machine equipped with our TwinFlo two stage industrial motor providing unrivalled performance standards. Its compact size makes it ideal for numerous trades where it must frequently be moved from place to place such as builders, shop fitters, contractors etc. Structofoam is a unique material specification that has superb strength and impact resistance allowing machines to be truly rugged yet without a weight penalty. The new AirFlo design improves performance some 30% when used together with the Hepa-Flo dust bag system, providing the ideal specification for machines expected to work extended hours with little loss of performance.

This is the biggest practical machine in the wet pick-up range incorporating a fully integrated submersible Auto Emptying pump system allowing for continuous suction and pump out facilities as demanded by the fire service, flood damage, flat roofing and salvage contractors. The Structofoam power head incorporates two TwinFlo’ specification bypass motors; plugged replaceable cable repair system and handle mounted control centre for both suction and pump operation. The poly form container is super strong and incorporates the continuous submersible pumping facility with its own Hi/Lo float operation. Accessories supplied are to full 38mm (11/2”) standard with long hoses, stainless steel tubes, Structofoam nozzle and a standard 10m (33’) discharge hose to get all that water away!

Established in 1982 in Horsham, West Sussex, Trafalgar Cleaning Equipment has undergone significant growth since its inception. As demand increased and our operations expanded, we made the strategic decision to relocate to Foundry Close in Horsham. This new facility boasts our manufacturing unit, workshop, distribution warehouse, and Kärcher Centre, all conveniently housed under one roof, totalling over 12,000 square feet. Remarkably, this relocation coincided with our company's celebration of 21 successful years in the cleaning industry, marking a milestone in our journey of providing top-notch cleaning solutions.

The overwhelming popularity of our Litter Collectors has surpassed expectations, leading to a significant expansion of our production facilities and prompting our relocation to new premises.
