I bought a replacement Humax remote control from TW Electronics which unfortunately had a fault. I feared the worse but Craig Beamon at customer services was brilliant. He went the extra mile to ensure that I received a fully working replacement as quickly as possible.
I cannot praise the after-sales service at TW Electronics too highly. It was refreshing to find a firm which goes to such great lengths to ensure that customers are happy with their purchase.
