The two day - Laughter Yoga Leader Training with Lotte and Mel was more fun than I could ever have imagined, such a wonderful welcoming vibe. The training itself was fantastic and full of fun, and of course plenty of laughter, which has given me a much needed boost, with lots of top tips to put into practice. I would recommend this training and any other training Mel and Lotte deliver, as they are both very passionate about Laughter Yoga and the benefits.
