Hire Shipping Containers
We don’t restrict our products to standard shipping containers; we also provide a wide range of converted shipping containers too, from offices to canteens, and welfare units to on-site accommodation. We have a variety of containers which can be converted to meet your specific requirements.
Shipping containers are usually 8’ wide and 8’6” in height, and come in three standard lengths, 10’, 20’ and 40’. However, these can all be modified to different lengths if required, and we also hold stock containers in non-standard lengths.
Please contact us for our hire rates and sale prices. Our prices and hire rates remain among the most competitive within the industry and we offer discounts for long-term and multiple unit hires.
Buy New & Used Shipping Containers
Our container prices remain very competitive in the industry. Prices vary according to the condition of individual boxes, for example, containers may be sold in the same condition in which they are bought, or they may be wire brushed, undercoated, top coated, provided with or without a lockbox, etc. When purchasing your container we can offer you padlock and keys if required. These are not obligatory when purchasing a container.
Shipping Container Conversions
At Upminster Containers Ltd we specialise in high quality, professional container conversions.
Shipping containers themselves come in a variety of sizes. With full width doors at one end, fitted with two cam-type locking rods give containers excellent security. Shipping containers can be cut down or made larger in length, height or width. They can even be joined together horizontally or vertically with other containers to create additional space.
Modular Buildings
The flexibility that modular units can provide means that they can provide either small office space, or a complete three-storey building, all depending on your requirements.
At Upminster Containers Ltd we have flat packed modular buildings available and in stock. Our professional team usually erect modular units on-site using cranes and other specialist equipment.
