The rails are beautiful and I don''t say that lightly - they really are and make such a difference to the display. Heavy duty yet easy to put together and move around. Antonio offered invaluable advice and kept me informed every step of the way - even following up afterwards on how the rails were and how our project was going. I am the organiser of "RAF POLICE DOG HANDLERS HELP FOR HEROES CHARITY" project. I have had a large amount of great artwork donated to me by renowned artists along with some v frame browsers. I needed some top quality sleeves to display the pictures in. After a little research I contacted Valentino''s Displays having taken note of the quality products and good prices. I was really pleased when Antonio kindly said he would donate some to help me in my efforts for our great charity. Due to this kind gesture I am able to display top quality art in top quality sleeves. Valentino''s Displays your support is really appreciated by myself but more importantly our injured servicemen and servicewomen that Help for Heroes help.

In response to Miss Sheine Gaskin your order was placed on Sunday 10th March on our standard service. We dispatched your order on Tuesday 12th and delivery was attempted today Friday 15th. You were not in to accept a delivery therefore you have been carded and i advised you to contact the courier company for them to redeliver or you could pickup the rail from your nearest depot tonight which is only 2 miles away. You chose not to do either of these things, if you wished for a guaranteed service you could have chosen our guaranteed next day service when placing your order. A refund has already been put back on your card. I apologise if this service has not been good enough for you. Kind regards, Tony.

Terrible customer service. Rude, unapologetic, owner. Ordered a rail, which wad to be delivered withing 2-3 days. It didnt turn up. Contacted the company and spike to Tony (the owner) who was supposed to call back and never did. Contacted the company again and was told we were guaranteed delivery by 1pm the next day and that we were being sent a different product as the one we ordered was not in. The item still didnt turn up when I called asking for where it was Tony denied ever speaking to us about the order and said that a delivery attempt had been made this morning but as no one was in we will have to collect it from the depo. Even though it had been delivered at a late, unarranged time. Apparently 2-3 days can mean 5 days or whenever they decide to dispatch it. Asked fir my money back, will expect it any time next month at this rate.

The only thing that i think you should have a look at is the payment of shipping through paypal (because of convenience) that i was not able to do it but i''m not really sure if you can do anything about it. Overall I am really happy with the mannequins and the service that you provided, and i would recommend your company to anyone. Thank you

We approached Valentino''s Displays with an urgent request to produce two active sports mannequins within a very short time frame. From initial contact to receipt of the products Antonio''s approach was very hands on and professional. We felt confident in the company''s ability to deliver what we''d asked of them and the quality of the product has surpassed our expectations. Tony has always managed to help us, we work within tight timescales and he always manages to deliver even when other companies have struggled to help

Thank you very much for the hangers - very pleased with the way they have come out, and the speed in which they arrived. I have done ‘our test’ of trying to pull the hook out of the hanger and rubbing the logo off − both with no success.

Very excited to receive our goods.Fantastically wrapped and received only 3 days after placing order.Our new 6 foot garment rail is to be used in our home until we purchase wardrobes for our new apartment.The quality is superb and solid as a rock with my entire wardrobe of clothes hung on it - 50 coat hangers and room for more.Have already shown several friends and family, so maybe you can expect more orders for personal use.We have a son in the moving business in Dubai and a daughter in the hotel business in Babbacombe.
