Vantage Industrial Equipment offer a personalized and professional 24 hour Emergency Hydraulic Ram Repair Service for all of industry in the West Midlands and beyond. We can repair any size and any make of Hydraulic Ram with on site removal or fitting from our experienced engineers. 

As part of our Hydraulic Ram Repair Service, we offer a full strip down and report of failed item in writing with photographs if necessary. All of the hydraulic rams that we repair are tested under full load & on both strokes, including the mid-point. A high quality re-spray (to your colour specifications) is a standard part of our service so that your Hydraulic Ram Repair comes back to you looking as good as new!

We can in most cases offer a SAME DAY Hydraulic Ram re-seal, including JCB 3CX Hydraulic Ram repairs.

Extensive CNC milling, turning and surface grinding enable us to supply quality parts in a really a really timely and comercially competitive manner. From ''one off'' to medium size batches, we can produce really precise component on four and five axis milling machines.

We can reverse engineer and supply all types of gears, shafts, housings that are no longer available as spares from the machine manufacturers - and we can do this fast! in these instances, speed is extremely important as every downtime hour can cost thousands!

Vantage Industrial Equipment have for 40 years provided bearings to the West Midlands manufacturing and service industries. In addition to standard roller bearings, we are specialist in the supply of machine tool bearings for high speed grinding spindles and ball screws are a particular forte!

Eminating back to the days when the west midlands was a 'hotbed' for the machine tool industry, when names such as Herbert Machgine Tools, Cincinnati, Webster & Bennet, Matrix, Wickman Acme Gridley ruled the world in Machine Tool Manufacture- and we still supply bearings for all of these machines today!

However times have now moved on but Vantage Industrial Equipment have moved with them and we supply all the newly developed high speed angular contact bearings with speeds up to 20,000 rpm.

Water, in any form, must be removed for the system to run correctly and efficiently. That is why dryers are imperative to generate clean, dry air. Drying the air can range from trapping condensed water and preventing additional condensation of water vapor to removing virtually all the water present.

If My Compressor Cannot Be Fixed.. How Can I Get Air To My Production Facility!?

In cases of catastrophic failure we have access to a fleet of over 800 Mobile Rental Compressors both Diesel and Electric. 

Diesel Compressors come with a Full Tank of fuel and if needed a full bowser can also be delivered.

Service Engineers will follow, complete with hoses, to set up the machines ready for immediate Start up

Now, If we are not using an Inverter Drive, a Mechanical Speed Reduction (Gearbox) will be required on the motor output to control and deliver the exact speed and gear ratio's required. We can supply fixed speed or mechanical variators to do this, through either in-line gear units or right angle (worm&wheel) reduction gearboxes. We can also Spec & Install any type of Mechanical; Reduction Gearbox
