Verderflex® Rollit

Verderflex® Rollit Thru

The Verderflex Rollit Thru 6/9 is a hygienic pump of the Rollit Series. The Rollit Thru 6/9 is designed to operate with single use continuous tubing of different materials instead of its more common hose options. This makes these units especially suitable for the hygienic industry where low sheer and cross contamination are critical issues, combined with a continuous fluid path.

Verderflex® Rollit Hygienic

The Verderflex Rollit Hygienic series are single or double head, lubricant bath free, 2 bar, mobile or fixed, sanitary hose pumps. Pumps have industry standard threaded connector options and use low spallation FDA CFR 21 and EC/1935 Verderprene hoses. Their gentle pumping action sees them used in biotechnology, beverage production, cosmetics manufacturing, food processing and the pharmaceutical industry.

Verderflex® Vantage 5000

The Verderflex Vantage 5000 family is the next generation in precision dosing and dispensing pumps. They combinine accuracy at discharge pressures up to 7 bar with an intuitive, touch screen user interface, a 30 program onboard memory, real time clock and a USB data backup port. Remote control signal options include 0-10V, 4 to 20mA, Modbus® & Profibus® with optional multiple opto isolated volt free inputs & outputs allowing the Vantage 5000 to form the heart of automated, process critical metering and transfer systems for abrasive, off-gassing, chemcially aggressive, shear sensitive or fragile chemicals, nutrients and pH control systems.

Microdos Dosing

The Microdos and ITC dosing pumps programme consists of an extensive range of electromagnetic solenoid powered diaphragm pumps, peristaltic pumps, motor driven piston and diaphragm pumps, skids and panels, and a set of essential accessories.

ME1 Series Solenoid Dosing Pumps

Custom built solenoid powered diaphragm dosing pumps with flow rates from 1.5 up to 15 litres per hour and pressure range up to 12 bar. The ME1 series of solenoid powered diaphragm dosing pumps is available in different configurations:

• Constant/proportional adjustable
• Different flow rates / back pressures
• A wide range of wetted materials and accessories for dosing almost all chemicals in all water treatment applications.
• IP 54 or IP 65 available

ME2 Series Solenoid Dosing Pumps

Custom built solenoid powered diaphragm dosing pumps with flow rates from 1.5 up to 7 litres per hour and pressure range up to 11 bar. The ME2 series of solenoid powered diaphragm dosing pumps is available in different configurations:

• Constant/proportionally adjustable
• Different flow rates / back pressures
• A wide range of wetted materials and accessories for dosing almost all chemicals in all water treatment applications.
• IP 54 or IP 65 available

ME3 Series Solenoid Dosing Pumps

Custom built solenoid powered diaphragm dosing pumps with flow rates from 2 up to 24 litres per hour and pressure range up to 18 bar. The Microdos ME3 advanced solenoid pumps are suitable for multi-functional dosing. Available with digital flow rate reading, proportional range selection and internal controls for pH/ORP and chlorine.

ME Dual Pumps

The Dual series of pumps in Microdos range, offer a compact all in one solution for monitoring water parameters like pH, Redox, Chlorine and T° via a built in instruments and solenoid metering pumps to adjust those parameters. The ME DUAL series of pumps offer a wide degree of settings to the installer and are easy to program and mantain.

Verderflex® iDura

The compact Verderflex iDura is a complete “ready to use", reversible Dura hose pump with factory fitted hose burst protection and an IP66 inverter. Flows are easily set on the inverter’s controls or the pump can be remotely controlled - ideal for high pressure low volume dosing, metering, sampling & sump emptying in processing complexes, food & beverage facilities or water treatment plants.

NR - Natural Rubber

Suitable for use with lightly corrosive chemicals, highly abrasive slurries and inorganic products.

NBR - Nitrile Buna Rubber

The hose is particularly suitable for use with oily or fatty products and with organic materials.

Food Grade - NBRF

The NBRF hose has an FDA CFR21 & EC No. 1935/2004 approved food grade liner for use in hygienic applications. Food Grade Certificate and Operating Protocol.

EPDM

This hose is suitable for corrosive chemicals and inorganic products. Solid construction, made totally from EPDM rubber.

Temperature range -20°C/-5°F to +100°C/+210°F

Hypalon - CSM

The CSM or Hypalon® hose is used to pump highly corrosive products. The hose has a CSM inner liner and an SBR/NR outer cover.

Verderprene - General Purpose Tubing

Silicone - High Sterility Tubing

A translucent medical/food grade tubing which is odourless, non-toxic and has FDA and USP Class VI approvals.

It is:

Autoclavable and is used in many applications
Temp. range: - 20 to + 80°C (-4°F to 185°F)
Meets FDA and EC1935 USP Class VI
Platinum cured for reduced residual levels of siloxanes and other volatiles

Tygon - Chemical fluids tubing

Specifically designed to handle many fuels and industrial lubricants this tubing resists the swelling and hardening caused by the chemical attack due to hydrocarbon based fluids.These properties significantly reduce the risk of failure due to cracking and leakage.

Viton - Aggressive chemical tubing

Viton is strong, resilient and flexible tube which provides:

Excellent resistance to corrosive acids, alkalis and some solvents.

Resists ozone, sunlight and weathering
Opaque black color helps protect light sensitive fluids
