Poor quality products, don’t last, sheet bobble after a few washes! Totally shocking service from top to bottom. Through no fault of my own, I have a few failed deliveries, rather than apologise and try and rectify I was told to take my business elsewhere! Don’t waste you time with this company! They only care if you are Hilton or IHG.
