Chamsys MQM 500M Console

MagicQ MQ500M Stadium offers the highest level of show control, supporting 256 universes directly from the console without need for external processors. RGB illuminated, fully motorised faders and encoders provide 42 playbacks, along with backlit keys for upgraded programming. Connect MagicQ MQ500M Wing for even greater control.

Chamsys QuickQ 20 Console

COLORado PXL Bar 8

COLORado PXL Bar 8 is a motorised, outdoor-ready tilting batten with capabilities to zoom for tight and wide pixel-mappable looks. This bright, moving pixel bar also features seamless edge-to-edge mounting and includes virtual gobo and movement macros with separate foreground and background color control for more design options than ever before. Slotted Omega brackets make it quick and easy to hang the fixture on truss. The COLORado PXL Bar 8 can also be positioned on the ground, which allows for a variety of different light angles. The power is in your hands and the possibilities are endless!

Equinox Twin Shot Confetti Cannon

Twin Shot accepts most brands of electric confetti and streamer cartridges. Users can choose whether to launch cartridges independently or simultaneously using the supplied wireless remote control, on-board 4 button LCD menu system or DMX. Both launch pods projection angles can be independently adjusted by 180° and rotated 90°. Mounting holes are also included on the base of the unit for multiple hanging applications.

In 1983, Vortex Lighting Ltd was founded by Graeme Sewell, who still leads the company to this day. Our initial mission was to offer affordable lighting services for bands in the North East of England.

As the years progressed, we quickly became pioneers in the region, being the first firm to specialise in "Intelligent" lighting during the early '90s. This success allowed us to expand our services to cater to corporate events, festivals, theatres, and even some television projects. We also ventured into providing Dry Hire, Sales, and Installations of Lighting, Stages, and Special Effects.

In 2006, we transitioned into a Limited Company, but our core objective has remained unchanged - to deliver top-notch equipment at competitive prices, ensuring our cherished customers receive nothing but the best.
