DosingCube™

A portable fully enclosed chemical dosing system comprising a weatherproof polyethylene rotationally moulded enclosure into which is fitted high quality digital dosing pumps complete with control valves, leak detection switch and can be configured with a controller/timer unit.

DS200

A fully enclosed chemical dosing system comprising a weatherproof Polyethylene rotationally moulded enclosure and integral bund into which can be fitted up to a 200 Litre integral storage tank or a grid shelf to accept users’ standard chemical storage container(s). Single duty or duty/standby pumps can be fitted with dose rates up to 150 Litres/hr.

DS1200

A fully enclosed weatherproof Polyethylene rotationally moulded enclosure and integral bund designed to accept a standard 1000 or 1200 Litre IBC. The DS1200 unit prevents the common problem of exposed IBC bunds filling with rainwater and can be fitted as standard with a WES DosingCube™ and chemical fill arrangement to create a complete low cost chemical dosing system.

DS1500

A fully enclosed chemical dosing system comprising a weatherproof Polyethylene rotationally moulded enclosure and integral bund into which is fitted a 1700 Litre Polyethylene storage tank (working volume 1500L). Single duty or duty/standby pumps can be fitted with dose rates up to 150 Litres/hr.

DS2500/5000

The DS2500 & 5000 are fully enclosed chemical dosing systems comprising a GRP enclosure/cover fitted to a fabricated Polyethylene bund into which is fitted a 2500 or 5000 Litre Polyethylene storage tank. Single duty or duty/standby pumps can be fitted with dose rates up to 150 Litres/hr.

CDS100

A Duty/Standby changeover and complete dosing system controller for digital chemical dosing pumps. The CDS100 controller provides a cost effective method of directing and controlling the switchover of pump control signals between dosing pumps either manually or automatically initiated as a result of fault conditions from contact inputs from the process.

CuGuard™

For Ferrous Sulphate conditioning of marine Copper Nickel seawater systems, the CuGuard™ unit provides a single packaged rig to create a regulated concentration solution and then to automatically apply the solution to the ship’s Copper Nickel seawater system for initial “burning-in”, or to dose the solution at the pre-determined dose rate into the cooler flow.

Meteor Unit

A telemetry unit for remote monitoring and control of chemical dosing systems. The units are available in GPRS/GSM or meteor burst radio configurations depending on site location. Providing secure real time data acquisition and control, the units are web enabled, allowing instant access to data. Parameters such as chemical tank level, bund spill, pump fault and dose rate as well as SMS alarms and remote dose start can be made available via access level passwords to operators, service engineers and chemical suppliers via the web dashboard and available on multiple device platforms.
