Wilms (UK) Ltd

So, i bought the Wilms EL3 heater from this company, it arrived undamaged. When using it, i found that i could breathe warmer air that what this ‘heater’ was outputting; unhappy with the performance of this product, i decided to call Wilms up to arrange a refund (within 24hours of the arrival of this heater), the customer services representative said that they could refund the machine but will have to charge me 30% of its value as a handling fee! (Over £100) clearly they must have Beyonce working in the returns department to be charging so much. Overall not happy with the service or the product they advertise as a heater (more like an overpriced fan), wouldn’t buy from them again, feel like i’ve been scammed.
