PCB Assembly - Surface Mount
Lines 2 and 3 are our most recent acquisitions and enable us to be the first Contract Electronics Manufacturer in the UK to be able to offer fully-automated assembly of PCBs up to 1300mm x 500mm.
Our machines are capable of placing down to 01005 packages as well as BGAs and fine pitch devices.
We have a humidity and temperature controlled component storage chamber for storing moisture sensitive components.

PCB Assembly - Automated Optical Inspection
They are designed to find faults but more importantly provide feedback to refine the surface mount assembly process. They add to your assurance of circuit functionality.

Automated Through-Hole Assembly
Through-hole technology is deployed in many critical electronic assemblies. It is commonplace in power supplies and ruggedized electronic modules. At WPS we also have specialist expertise and experience of through-hole LED assembly, with a capacity of 30,000 component insertions per hour. Our capability is supported by automated insertion equipment that delivers consistent assembly performance.
