Light Fire Damper

Fire & Gas Damper
Tailored specifically for the oil & gas industry, where fire integrity and gas leakage are critical when it comes to maintaining a safe and secure working environment, the FGD continues to exhibit exceptional performance to achieve multiple Type Approval Certification for cellulosic fire conditions and hydrocarbon fire conditions A0 − A60 and hydrocarbon H0 − H120 along with ATEX third party approval.
Protected: Water Removal
Shut Off Damper
Available in Pneumtic Isolation (PID), Electric Isolation (EID) and Manual (MID) control configurations, the Shut-Off Damper is designed for operation to ensure leakage is kept to a minimum without compromising on ATEX third party approval.
As with many of our products, the SOD is highly versatile device for use in both safe and hazardous areas. Its design is totally customisable, from simple control layouts to SIL 2 certified assemblies where reliability is critical.
Non-Return Damper
They are used to prevent backflow and relieve pressure through ventilation and duct systems and include the following design features:

Excellent corrosion resistance
Pressure Relief Damper
The PRD is used to prevent backflow and relieve pressure through ventilation duct systems.
The Pressure Relief Damper can be modified to meet the requirements of specific clients specifications.
Volume Control Damper
Available in both non-isolating flow control (VCD) and isolating flow control Manual Isolation (MID), these dampers are suited to high-integrity application where lifespan and simplicity are key, with optional ATEX third party approval.
The VCD / MID units have been deployed in both hazardous and non-hazardous environments.
Total Isolation Damper
The TID is suited for extreme applications where there is a need to maintain zero leakage rates while operating within high ductwork pressures.
It is designed in accordance with BNG/BNFL and AWE specification NF0155/1 and DSD/A/S/2051/001.
The TID also meets BNFL/BNG ductwork specification NF0154/3. In order to achieve this, a unique blade design has been developed in line with NF0155/1 and DSD1/A/S/2051/001.
Modulating Control Damper
The damper has been designed to meet the requirements of the Offshore Oil and Gas and Nuclear industry. They are used to control airflow through ventilation systems.
They are not intended for isolation purposes. If isolation is required, refer to dampers in the Wozair range that offer isolation.
Blast Tube Array
Years of research and development have resulted in an elegant philosophy to wave attenuation that breaks down the blast overpressure in a static device. The result is a lower pressure drop, no moving parts and maintenance free operational lifetime in an extremely cost efficient product.
The Wozair Blast Tube Array is patented, fully tested and verified and completely unique.
Blast Resistant Damper
Continuing with the philosophy of simple design, the BRD parallel acting blades create a high integrity barrier to blast events from 0.05 to 0.5 barg with proven effectiveness during physical blast testing at Baker Risk Laboratories in the USA and optional ATEX third party approval.
The Blast Resistant Damper is suitable for use in both safe and hazardous areas, in both automatic (self) resetting and manual reset control configurations.
Air Handling Units
AHUs are designed to provide conditioned air that is filtered, cooled, heated, humidified or dehumidified according to customer requirements. They can be designed in draw through or blow through arrangements and many combinations of options and control methods can be considered with single or dual fans.
AHUs can also be designed to incorporate both supply and exhaust air sections with heat recovery if required.
Woz-X Separators
The Woz-X Separator utilises patented Reven® separator panels.
A single stage separator can be installed into existing extract systems or designed for new applications.
Where very high levels of oil and mist separation are required a three stage separator is also available and, if required, the Woz-X Separator can be packaged with extract fans.
Nuclear SafeChange™
Supplying the nuclear and defence industries throughout the UK, Wozair is approved by UK Site Licence operators and we have an extensive track record with Bradwell, Dounreay, Sellafield, Dungeness and Aldermaston.
We have an extensive range of HVAC products available, both for C1 and C2 supply systems and C3, C4 and C5 active ventilation extract systems, where safety and reliability are of paramount importance.
Refrigeration
Wozair provide water or seawater cooled chillers and condensers, air cooled chillers and condensers and dry coolers as fully assembled units for hook-up on site. We use HFC refrigerants with low global warming potential, and all our units can be provided with integrated control panels. Piping and Instrumenaton Diagrams (P&IDs) are also provided where required.
Air Terminal Devices
Our products are particularly suited for applications where corrosion resistance, integrity and hygiene are of prime importance.
We are also able to offer grilles and diffusers manufactured in extruded aluminium for areas with conditioned air such as offshore living quarters.
System Design
Using the latest 2D and 3D CAD software the design team ensure that all designs transition smoothly from concept to reality and are manufactured to the highest standards and quality.
From our system design to our unique automated equipment design, estimating, drafting and production engineering software, we provide an efficient and competitive service.

Site Surveys
Wozair has Safety-Certified personnel able to carry out Onsite Surveys. A full condition Survey of Existing Equipment can be carried out with reference to ensuring Equipment is Functioning correctly and still meets the Client’s Requirements.
Suggested Improvements can also be made to Improve the Efficiency, Maintenance and Running Costs of equipment.
For example by Upgrading a Gas turbine Intake we can Improve Significantly the Protection of the Turbine, extending the Interval between costly Services and Reducing Downtime.
