Can’t recommend highly enough. Initially recommended to me by a neighbour. Gary fixed our aerial problem efficiently and without fuss. He also retuned our TVs to make sure everything was working. He gave me a two hour time slot and was on time, phoning about 45 mins before to let me know the exact arrival time. Very useful. Took off his shoes to protect our carpets which many don’t. I normally hate getting tradespeople out but if everyone was like Gary it would be a pleasure. Very reasonably priced. Thank you so much.

We had one of our rooms completely refurbished and turned into a sensory room, some of the jobs included Installing shelves, removing old trunking and repairing walls, painting walls, installing additional sockets and trunking, extending leads for equipment, installing electrical equipment and securing using brackets, fitting floor padding and padded seating area, fault finding and testing. The job was completed to a high standard and all done within one week, the area was left clean and tidy every day-no mess. Fantastic service.

Mr Wright was mentioned to me firstly by the Check trade Directory HQ when my TV signal failed. A friend tried to restore it for me but was unsuccessful, after a very long time trying (Our local area was subject to re-tuning). Mr Wright came well within the timeframe he gave me, the early evening, and did the job in a few minutes for very reasonable charge. I found his manner friendly but also respectful and polite and he was also very well dressed.

We are very happy with the installation. Excellent communications, both a text and a call to let us know when he would be arriving. Very pleasant installer listened to the requirements and made useful suggestions about how it could be best achieved, even took his shoes off to walk through the house! Very neat installation with the wires hidden where possible and properly tested before leaving. Highly recommended.

Garry was recommended on a social media website for TV aerial installations, and so i got in touch to arrange for him to place a tv aerial at our home. As it goes it wasn''t a straight forward case, given the position of our extension and old slate roof tiles amongst other things. However Garry found a solution, and quoted us accordingly. The price he quoted was fair, and Garry was prompt at responding to any messages, or calling myself or my husband back to discuss the options. The evening before the day he was due to start, he called to confirm we were still on, and what time he would be here as previously arranged. He arrived on time, and showed his ID badge at the door without me having to ask to see it. Garry carried out the job quickly, and efficiently (even taking his shoes off indoors again without me asking him to do so!) and once he had finished the job he cleared up any dust he had made with his hoover. When the work was complete, Garry checked I was happy with everything before he left. I would definitely recommend Wrights Solutions, and would certainly use them again if the need arises.

I sought a number of quotes before finally selecting Gary. I chose Gary because, a) I liked the system he was installing, b) he answered every question I had and wanted to check that I fully understood everything before proceeding, c) prior to installation and again on the day, he discussed the location and rationale for the location for sensors, boxes, control panel to ensure he put things in the agreed location, d) his service is competitively priced. During the installation he was constantly hoovering the area around which he worked to ensure there was no dust and he left everything clean. After the installation he explained fully the use of the system and helped us download the app to everyone in the household.

After sending images of my aerial to him he came back to me very quickly with a lot of helpful advice, which stopped me from having unnecessary work done. All this whilst he was out working at other customers sites. He came across as being very knowledgeable and honest and I would definitely consider using his services in future.

We have had a few problems receiving all our TV channels and knew we need to update our equipment (antenna booster). I found Gary on Which trusted traders. Good communication from my initial enquiry to job completion. Gary is very friendly and nothing is too much trouble, clean and tidy, took his boots off when entering the property, which is always appreciated. All the work was carried out in a methodical and professional manner. I received a follow up call the next day from Gary, asking if everything was working and to my satisfaction, which it was. Gary genuinely wants to do a good job for his customers and I’m sure his aftercare service would be just as good should you ever need it.
