ArmaWeave
Zaun’s ArmaWeave woven mesh high security fencing has been designed specifically to be installed on sites of critical national importance (CNI).
The CPNI enhanced fencing system offers a more substantial delay from attack from hand and power tools than other traditional welded mesh fencing systems. Thanks to its tighter mesh pattern and use of high tensile steel wires.
ArmaWeave CPNI enhanced fencing also offers seamless integration with detection systems including PIDs, CCTV and topping enhancements.
Tested and approved for UK government use by CPNI (contact CPNI for details) and various government departments. ArmaWeave meets the current criteria for forcible attack. ArmaWeave has also been tested and approved by the MoD to use with most of the markets leading PID Systems.
The tight woven mesh pattern offers no climbing aids and provides little room for blades and cutting tools to attack the fabric.

The profile mesh panel is constructed from 5mm wires and has V pressings along the length of the panel to provide lateral rigidity. The panel is ideally suited to perimeter fencing where the perimeter is not likely to be the subject of sustained abuse.

Duo8 SR1 Rated Fencing
Duo8 SR1 rated fencing is a double wire welded mesh fencing system. This system is ideal for applications where Secured By Design accreditation may be required.
The SR rated fencing system offers the same product benefits as the standard Duo8, but with added security and tamper resistant clamp bars and fixings.
The Duo8 SR1 rated fencing system has been Secured By Design approved by the Association of Chief Police Officers and Security Rating certification to LPS1175 and entry into the Red Book from the Buildings Research Establishment (BRE) achieving the security rating SR1.
The Duo8 SR1 rated fencing systems are manufactured with dual 8mm horizontal wires sandwiching single 6mm vertical wires. This produces a 50mm x 200mm mesh pattern that is not only strong but vandal resistant.

We had to agree when a head teacher approached us saying bicycle lockers on the market were overpriced. So Zaun developed extremely robust locker units that can be manufactured, delivered and installed affordably. They use a simple yet strong locking system to ensure the security of the bike, and either 200 x 50mm or 200 x 25mm mesh can be specified as the locker body. Individual bike lockers mean that the bicycle cannot be tampered with and eliminate the need to remove the saddle or the rear wheel. In school environments individual lockers encourage pupils to be responsible for their own bicycles.
The bike lockers use tamper resistant fixings to ensure individual bikes are kept safe.

Zaun Spectator Rails are specifically designed to improve safety for both players and spectators. Our Spectator Rails are manufactured to the highest quality from strong tubular section and supplied with your choice of mesh infills, making our spectator railings lightweight, robust and attractive. Each spectator rail can be supplied either without mesh or with a variety of mesh infills including Duo Sports, Hockey, Super Rebound among others. Each mesh infill is supplied with EPDM rubber inserts to insulate the panels from the noise and vibrations that occur from impacts during play, while stylish fixings hold the horizontal railings. Each mesh panel is fixed to the posts using a full length clamp bar, which keeps the mesh tight and secure to the post whilst also making it difficult for vandals to damage the panel to post fixings.
All Zaun Spectator Rails can be designed with any number of gates of any size into the perimeter to allow maintenance equipment unfettered access to the sports pitch or demarcation zone. Each gate can be supplied with your choice of locking mechanism for security, which can reduce the number of any trespassers accessing the pitch without permission

Bow Top Playground Fencing
Bow Top Playground Fencing is an attractive system that is often used around play areas. Zaun’s BowTop Play follows RoSPA guidelines to make it as safe as possible.
The nature of the Bow Top playground fencing system means that parents have an unhindered view of their children in the play area, and the system itself means that children can play safely. The bars and ‘bows’ are spaced so as to minimise the chance of wrist or neck trap occurring. Gates are also designed with safety in mind. Both the hinge and the opening side are finger trap free and an optional self-closer means the gate can shut automatically, reducing the chance of children wandering out or dogs wandering in. The vertical bars are very difficult for children to climb and so help ensure they stay in the play area. All Bow Top fencing posts, panels and gates are hot-dip galvanised.

A range of mesh options including ArmaWeave, HiSec Super 6 or Duo6 / Duo8, depending on the level of security required can be supplied with RDS Lite, but is typically supplied with HiSec 358.

Zaun’s SecureGuard anti vehicle barrier fencing system, a high performance advanced perimeter protection solution. Designed to immobilise vehicles trying to penetrate high security installations. Our barrier fencing system is easy to erect and install.
This barrier fencing system is installed using using a SecureGuard barrier with an optional range of Zaun’s existing fencing panels and post designs, (including HiSec, HiSec Super 6 or ArmaWeave) thus reducing the required footprint for the fence line.

The Apex Security Railings perimeter fencing system is an attractive vertical bar railing system that is designed and manufactured with no welded parts. Each panel uses vertical bar In-Fills, manufactured from hollow tube that is fixed into place on the horizontal RHS tube.
The distinctive construction is designed with solid joints for each vertical rail and concealed connections between the panels and posts, provides the system with clean lines and no visible fixings.

The Zaun Terror Stopper crash rated Bi-Folding Gates consist of a post upon which a bi-folding leaf is hinged on to. Successfully impact tested to PAS 68 stopping a 7.5 tonne vehicle with zero penetration and remained fully functional after impact.
These PAS 68 Bi-Folding Gates, available in either tracked or trackless options. In the trackless option the PAS 68 bi-folding gate does not require any in ground or overhead tracks to fold the gate in half. This gate instead uses an in-house folding system housed inside the casing on top of the post hung leaf. In the tracked option, tracks are installed either over head or in ground to fold the gate in half.
