Vela 150 - Shade Sail

The VELA 150 is manufactured to order with a typical lead time of 3-6 weeks.

The VELA 150 comes in a range of standard sizes and can also be manufactured to specific sizes, the structure is also modular which enables the VELA 150 to cover most areas. The steel framework acts as an integral guttering system utilising the leg support columns as rainwater downpipes.

The steel framework is available in a galvanised only or galvanised and powdercoated finish.

The canopy is manufactured from a choice of PVDF coated PVC materials. The PVC material is fully UV resistant, waterproof, fire retardant and has anti-fungicidal properties.

Pub & Restaurant Canopies

The PENSILINA 150 is manufactured to order with a typical lead time of 3-6 weeks.

Due to the versatility and modular capabilities of the PENSILINA 150, as well as a range of standard sizes, bespoke sizes are easily achieved where required.

The steel framework is available in a galvanised only or galvanised and powdercoated finish.

The canopy is manufactured from a choice of PVDF coated PVC materials. The PVC material is fully UV resistant, waterproof, fire retardant and has anti-fungicidal properties.

Zenith Canopy Structures established in 2000, specialise in a range of Canopy solutions for a diverse range of sectors including schools, colleges, Pubs, Hotels & Restaurants, motorway services, Sport centres and more. We offer expert advice, full installation and a full aftersales service and maintenance programme.

Our Canopies & Gazebos are installed by our expert team of in house fitters. All products are fully weatherproof and come in a variety of shapes, styles and colours to suit your building. Our products include entrance canopies, PVC Walkways, Clear Roof Structures and much more.

Zenith uses steel framed structures for strength and long lasting durability. The steel is galvanised and powdercoated in a colour of your choice.

PVC offers a wide range of benefits including reducing the need for cleaning, 100% UV resistant, fire retardant, is fully waterproof and has antifungicidal properties. Our PVC has a 6 year warranty and life expectancy of at least 15 years however, we can provide longer lasting material at your request.

We take the safety of our staff and clients very seriously, carrying out regular ongoing staff training which adheres with the latest safety standards. In addition, we also carry out Risk Assessments and provide Method Statements for each job.

Zenith can provide tailor made canopy’s on a fully compliant operating lease to schools who require a canopy for a project but are unable to purchase one due to delays in funding etc.

To extend the life of your canopy structure we recommend that it is cleaned on a regular basis or at a minimum once a year.

Zenith manufacture bespoke structures to cater for individuals specific requirements.

14/05/2025 - Airone Tipo 150 installed at St Peters Catholic Primary School, Winchester In September 2024 Zenith were contacted by Robert Docherty, the Site Manager at St Peter’s Catholic Primary School in Winchester to discuss the possibility of canopies to be situated on a grass area adjacent to the school playing field, running track and playground.

07/02/2025 - Cicogna 150 canopies at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital charity cafe Zenith were contacted by Carl Mann, the owner of Norfolk Cafes Ltd at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital in April 2023 to arrange a site survey for a canopy to be installed at the front of his catering pod.

21/03/2024 - Another successful Airone Max 175 Installation Ashcombe School in Dorking who are a long-standing customer of Zenith Canopy Structures, needed a new outdoor covered seating area for their students to use for outdoor eating, a central meeting place or as an outdoor classroom in the summer.

They required an extended covered dining area adjacent to their cafeteria to cater for the increase in the number of their pupils. They looked at various canopies and Zenith’s structures fitted perfectly to give them a covered area for 200 pupils. ‘I was very impressed with the service and installation ..... it was like a small military operation taking place’.

We had an unused area in one of our quadrangles and wanted to provide our students with an outdoor covered area for eating and drinking. We had seen Zenith’s canopies at another school and liked the design and quality. After discussing the project with Zenith we decided to cover a 180sq/m area to one side of the quadrangle. We would like to thank Zenith for their professional conduct in the installation of our canopy. We will be recommending their company to other institutes
