Really helpful. Even though the attachment I originally required was not in stock an equivalent attachment was sourced and supplied within two days.
We needed a non standard lifting unit, and this was no problem for them. The sales person came back with a proposal very quickly, and the delivery time was much shorter than competitors. Very helpful and proffessional sales team.
Good service and product
We purchased this company's Universal adjustable Drum Grab. Good strongly built product with a simple to use adjuster to change from handling Steel drums to the slightly smaller Plastic Drums. Very Helpful Friendly Service. Will Definately use this company again if we need any other attachments in the future. They have a great range of add - ons , I never realised a fork lift could be so versatile.
