Tray System
This new Tray has been designed by Technicians for Technicians; box of 100. Containing new enhanced features and development in the UK, this new Tray system has been produced to aid the busy Technician who requires acurate, fast, high quality models but at a cost effective price. Features: - ergonomic design enhances handling; - design of the tray centre reduces the need for trimming thus saving time, inconvenience and material costs; - enables better impression location; - new retention design. Enhanced multiple retention points aid stability and accuracy in model production and use; - narrow ridges means less material is required and in turn reduces expansion; - made from high quality materials, this UK design offers great value. Technical tips: - sprue and mount patterns as normal; - after removal of impression from poured model, tap or flick off any overflow from sides of tray, then hold the model and tap the tray downwards away from model, firstly in the centre and then on the front lugs; - it is advisable to cut the model clean through and avoid snapping or breaking-off; - any rough edges should be removed before re-fitting into the tray. - Silicone spray can be used to assist removal of model if desired. Articulator cups are intergral in tray design.

Waxes
Wax Bite Rim blocks are time-saving occlusal rims for the dentist or technician. Kemdent bite rims are available in straight blocks or pre-curved rims. The straight blocks are a specially large size with a curved base to fit the model. The blocks can be easily adapted to shape and carved with a wax knife. Using preformed blocks prevents the risk of porosity which may occur when sheets of wax are hand-rolled. The pre-curved blocks are designed to represent the tooth position and are even quicker to use. - Regular Pink Straight; - Box of 75.
