I recently purchased a SportDog collar from this online shop. The service I received from their Meriel was absolutely excellent. Replied promptly during the evening to my initial inquiry. Kept me fully informed on the stock availability situation with the item I ordered. And, when their stock delivery failed sent me a more expensive version for no extra cost. As the original was already being offered at a very competitive price this represented 10/10 service.

We bought a poultry electric net kit from Countrystore Direct in March and because we didn’t need it straight away we didn’t open it. When we eventually did (in June) we had an unpleasant surprise - the energiser was missing. Without much hope I contacted the shop. Jenny went out of her way to help me and in just two days the problem was sorted. I would heartily recommend this shop and I will always buy from them in the future.
