About us

Tank manufacturer Eddison and Wanless was founded in the late 1950’s have become an industry leader in the manufacture of oil, water and air tight tanks in mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
Specialising in the production of fabrications with a capacity of up to 60 tonnes, our fabrications have been used within petrochemical and process industries, offshore oil platforms, marine and dockside applications, heavy industry and mining and mineral sites.
 All welding is carried out by coded welders qualified to EN 287 / 288. Typical products manufactured have included small, medium and large power transformer tanks, transformer ancillaries, leak free holding vessels, pipelines, air tight pipe ranges, radiators, rail booster tanks and train coolant radiators.
In order to maintain our total commitment to quality and quality assurance, Eddison and Wanless has invested heavily in people and systems to meet the requirements of the BS EN ISO 9001:2000 quality management system, receiving its Certificate of Registration from BSI Management Systems in November 2003.
