Having checked your name against our client's list you do not seem to have conducted any business with Elexadent in the past which suggests that this may have been the result of a mistaken identity. This company is not reliable. They are unprofessional and have gone into administration before. I have lost a lot of money because they promised what they could't deliver and did not refund my money.

We purchased the Beyond Tooth Whitening system from Elexadent a few months ago, we have been more than happy with the dealings with the company, they have provided us with regular contact and information as needed. The system itself has given our practice the opportunity to offer a new and exciting treatment to our existing patients as well as attracting new patients, the results we have obtained so far have been fantastic, Staining and yellowing can easily be removed with no injection or pain.
I purchased a spare part for my Ionyx EMS Endomotor in 2014 from Elexadent. I was advised on what part I needed and it was the right one. I found the company contact details online after a long search among over 10 other UK suppliers who had not been able to identify what part I needed , or supply for the brand I was looking for. Recently I had an issue with my endomotor again and contacted Elexadent in this regards. They assessed the part which appeared to be the problem and arranged a free replacement. On all occasions while interacting with them I received a reply within an hour after I had emailed them even late evenings and on weekend days. Sending the spare part to France for assessment and replacement with new one posted back to me took only a week. I was kept up to date with regular emails.I am very impressed with the efficiency and level of customer care that Elexadent provides. I am an associate dentist at present. After this experience I would go ahead with confidence and purchase my equipment from Elexadent should I move on to be a principal one day.
