Emergency Stop Buttons

Emergency stop buttons from elobau are extremely robust and reliable. They comply with all current standards, and are available with various features for use in different applications. Features include: IP69K rating for hygienic use, compact design for use in operating panels, anti-obstruction protective collars, integrated LED, switch position displays, key release and protection collars, and an operating range from -30°C to +70°C.

Magnetic Safety Sensors

Magnetic safety sensors from elobau are used to monitor moving guards such as guard doors. The contactless and wear-free sensors are compact with a long service life. They are available in stainless steel or plastic housing as an M12, M18 or M30 version. There are also hygienic versions for the food processing industry. Available with a protection class of up to IP6K9K, an operating range of up to -25°C to +80°C, and with large operating distances, they are an extremely flexible and cost-effective product.

RFID Safety Sensors

elobau's range of RFID machine safety sensors have been designed with increased performance and greater safety in mind. The compact and robust design enables them to be used in a variety of applications, and the IP67 and IP6K9K protection class enables them to be used in harsh environments.The RFID technology enables tampering protection to be set to suit your application, and simplifies the mounting options, making them a cost-effective solution. They are also extremely versatile as can be used as a standalone solution or as a series connection of up to 30 sensors.

eloFlex - Configurable Safety Relay

eloFlex from elobau is a configurable safety control unit that offers easy system integration, time and cost-savings through pre-configured and validated units. Available in two versions for additional flexibility, the eloFlex is available with up to 4 redundant safety inputs, 4 volt-free safety outputs and 4 control units. The eloFlexmini at only 22.5mm wide is ideal for confined installation spaces.

eloProg - Modular Safety Solution

eloProg from elobau offers enhanced safety with maximum flexibility. It is used to monitor complex safety functions in systems and machines. All safety functions, such as emergency stop and 2 hand controls can be configured quickly and easily via the configuration software. The modular nature of the system means it is set up to suit your requirements. The base module can be used as a standalone device or with additional modules. With up to 128 safety inputs, 16 redundant OSSD safety outputs, 14 expansion modules and up to 6 bus transfer modules, this is a cost-effective and flexible solution.

Safety Sensors with built in relay

The compact 171K Safety Sensor with built in relay from elobau can be used to monitor guard doors and protective covers on machines and systems. The combination of safety sensor and safety control electronics offers a space saving and cost effective solution. It has a temperature range of -25°C to +75°C, an IP67 protection class and ETL approval. It is availble with either front or lateral actuation and has a standard M30 body

Float switches

The analogue float level sensor from elobau has programmable switching points and integrated temperature measurement. It is available with a pipe length of up to 2000mm and with either a rotatable or non-rotatable head. The measurement resolution is at intervals of 5-35mm, and either current or voltage signals. It has a temperature range of -20°C to +70°C and a protection class of up to IP69K. It can be used for monitoring tanks in firefighting vehicles or for level measurement in generators and construction plant.

Capacative Level Sensors

The capacative level sensors from elobau are designed for conductive and non-conductive media, and are used for monitoring levels of various liquids. They can be used in the process industry and automotive engineering sector to monitor tank levels. The level sensors have a temperature range of -20°C to +80°C and have a protection class of IP65. They have a pipe length of up to 2000 mm and a mounting thread of G2".

Ultrasonic Level Measurement

elobau's ultrasonic level sensor enables the contactless measurement of fluid levels. It can be used to monitor fuel in agricultural and construction machinery or stationary tanks. The compact design and 3-pole superseal plug means it is easily installed. It is available with or without focus tube, which is available in a length of up to 1200mm. When used with the focus tube, results are not affected by "sloshing" or inclined positions. The ultrasonic sensor has a measurement resolution of up to 1mm, a temperature range of from -40°C to +105°C , and a protection class of IP67.

Float Switches Side Mount

The broken finger switches from elobau can be used in various applications to monitor leaks and tank monitoring. The compact design enables them to be used in confined installation spaces. They are customible and available in various designs, in a variety of materials including, with a variety of threads and connectors, and reversible switching points They have a temperature range of between -25°C to +105°C (depending on material) and an IP67 protection class.

Miniature Float Switches

elobau's miniature float switches are used for monitoring level detection in a variety of applications including medical equipment, water processing and tank monitoring. The float switches can be individually configured using an online configurator to fit the specific requirements of your application. They are available in a variety of materials inc stainless steel, PVC, PP, PVDF or PA, with various mounting threads, a temperature range from -25°C to + 100°C (depending on material), and an IP67 protection class. They have a service life of between 10⁶ to 10⁹depending on the mechanical and electrical load

Suction Pipes

The suction pipe with level monitoring is suitable for all dosing systems. It can be used in industrial dishwashers and washing machines. It is available with a pipe length of up to 1200 mm, in PVC or PP materials and up to 2 switching points. It has a temperature range from - 25°C to + 100°C (depending on material) and a protection class of IP65 (mounting head) and IP67 (riser and float). The integrated fluid level signalling in the suction pipes ensures process reliability in your system and helps prevent dry runnig of sensitive pumps.

Tilt Sensors

The tilt sensors from elobau are available as either single axis, dual axis or with CAN-Bus Interface with measurement of up to 360°. They are ideal for measuring the slope of lifting platorms and monitoring the fork tilt on telescopic ladders. They have a temperature range of between -40°C and up to +85°C, a protection class of up to IP69K. The compact and robust housing, together with the MEMS technology offers a long service life and reliability

Angle Sensors

Angle sensors from elobau are used for detecting rotary motions between 20° and 360°. The sensors are based on the contactless Hall measurement principle which makes them extremely reliable and ensures a long service life. They are available with a plain or ball bearing and optionally with an actuation lever. The elobau angle sensors have an operating temperature range of between -40°C to +85°C and an IP67 protection rating. They are generally used in mobile and construction machinery.

Vane Switches

Vane switches from elobau are slot sensors that are used in applications with high misalignment requirements, such as vehicle applications and lift constructions. They are available in different housing designs and sizes, and with various connection options. They have a protection class of IP67, and temperature and vibration resistant versions are available.

Plunger Switch

Plunger switches from elobau are limit switches that are used to precisely determine limit positions. The switches have been designed to be vibration resistant, robust and extremely reliable, making them ideal for use in agricultural and construction machinery and vehicles. The plunger switches are available in various materials, designs and with various connections, making them suitable for any application. They have an IP67 protection rating, and an operating temperature range of between -25°C to +130°C.

ATEX Sensors

ATEX switches from elobau have been designed for use in potentially explosive gas and dust atmospheres, and are suitable for use in chemical and pharmaceutical industries. They are available as either intrinsically safe or non-intrinsically safe versions, and are certifeid in accordance with ATEX directive 2014/34/EU.

Fingertip Joystick JFT

The ergonomic and compact design of elobau's Fingertip joystick makes it ideal for use in control panels and armrests. The simple "on top" installation means there is no under panel space required and it is suitable for the tightest of installation spaces. It is highly reliable with a long service life thanks to the contactless, shielded Hall Effect technology. The IP69K protection class and temperature range of -40° to +85° also makes it suitable for use in harsh environmental conditions. The soft touch finger rest gives maximum user friendliness and it is also avaiable in a variety of colours and symbols.

Single Axis Joysticks

Single axis joysticks from elobau are available in various configurations. The Fingertip joysticks JFT and J3 are ideal for use in control panels and vehicle armrests, as well as construction and agricultural machinery. The larger and robust joystick J7 is ideal for armrests of mobile machinery. With a high IP rating and a long life cycle, they have been designed for reliable use in harsh environments. The joysticks can be individually configured to suit the application.

Multi Axis Joysticks

The multi axis joystick range from elobau offers an industrial joystick for every application. The range includes compact Fingertip joysticks which are ideal for small control panels and remote control consoles as well as larger more robust heavy duty joysticks that are ideal for operating control functions in mobile machinery. The joysticks can be individually configured for all the operating functions such as push buttons, thumbwheels and axes. They have a static load capacity to 2000N, an operating temperature range of between -25°C to + 85°C, and an IP67 protection class, so are ideal for harsh environments.

Joystick Grips

Joysticks grips from elobau have been designed for use in off highway vehicles to operate vehicle attachments. The industrial joysticks have been ergonomically designed for fatigue-free operation, and are available in left or right handed versions. Each joystick can be individually configured with push buttons and thumbwheels to suit your application, and are optionally available with illumination functions. The modular design ensures these multi function handles are a cost effective and reliable solution.

Push Buttons

The comprehensive range of push buttons include micro push buttons with a diameter of 12mm, larger push buttons with a M30 thread, PTO switches and rocker switches. The push button switches are available in a variety of colours, with various symbols and connection options, and optionally with illumination or LED. They have been designed for use in adverse environmental conditions and have a protection class of IP67. They operate with magnetic actuation which guarantees a long service life, making them a cost effective and reliable option.

Thumbwheels

Thumbwheels from elobau have been designed for use in the control panels of agricultural and construction machinery, and thanks to their compact design, they can also be used in joystick grips. The thumbwheels are available in three different actuators, in various colours and with integral illumination and multifunction LED. They are also available as a detent or no detent version. The IP67 protection class and operating range of from -25°C to +85°C makes them ideal for harsh environmental conditions.

Steering Column Switches

The compact design and integrated mounting backet of these steering column switches mean they are ideal for direct installation on the steering column. They are used in agricultural and construction machinery to operate various functions such as indicators, wipers, headlights and for the horn. Various versions are available with rotatable grips, detent or no detent and up to three switching levels. With an operating temperature range of from -30°C to +80°C, and an IP67 protection class, they are robust and ideal for harsh environmental conditions.

Ultrasonic Sensors

elobau's range of ultrasonic sensors include versisons in three different designs, stainless steel or plastic housings, analogue or digital outputs and diffuse reflection and retro-reflective operating modes. There are also versions that are Industry 4.0 ready with IO-link compatability. Easily programmed via teach-in button or programming wire, these ultrasonic sensors are precise, verstile and flexible, offering a solution for every industrial application.

Our four product groups are machine safety, level measurement, sensors and operator controls. All include a wide range of standard products that can be customised to suit individual applications.

Machine Safety

The products in our machine safety range ensure the safe and efficient use of machines and complex systems. Available in plastic or stainless steel, our products include a range of emergency stop buttons, magnetically actuated and RFID safety sensors, safety relays and safety interlocks. There is also a range of modular and configurable safety systems such as our eloProg and eloFlex safety control units. The product range is completed with a range of safety sensors with ATEX approval.

Level Measurement

Our level measurement products are designed to operate in adverse media and are available in a variety of materials for a variety of industrial applications as well as for measuring fuel in off-highway vehicles. The range starts with mini float switches and broken finger switches and includes fuel level sensors and suction pipes.

Sensors

Based on Hall, MEMS, magnetoresistive or ultrasonic principles, our sensors are precise and contactless, making them wear and maintenance free. The range of sensors available includes tilt and angle sensors, position detection sensors including proximity switches, plunger operated switches and vane switches, and also ultrasonic sensors for a variety of measurement and detection applications.

Operator Controls

Our comprehensive range of standard products for operating and controlling mobile machinery is based on a modular design so the products can be quickly and effectively customised to suit your applications. The product range has been ergonomically designed for operator comfort and fatigue free operation. Included in the range are single axis and multi axis joysticks, thumbwheels, steering column switches and push buttons. We can also develop customised solutions armrests for off-highway vehicles, including our modular armrest MA225 midi.

Ultrasonic Sensors

The newest addition to our product range is our ultrasonic sensors. Precise, flexible and reliable, they provide a solution for every application, both in industrial and challenging off-highway environments. Five types of ultrasonic sensors are available, with 2 operating modes, 3 designs and 6 outputs to choose from. There is also an ATEX certified version, and they are IO-link compatible.
