Forklift Attachments

Our forklift attachments are designed to fit your forklift truck to provide additional functionality and aid with waste handling and materials handling. We manufacture Tipping Skips, Lifting Jibs, Stillages, Safety Access Platforms, Goods Cages, Tow Ball Attachments and Snow Ploughs that all fit on the forks of the forklift. Some attach to the forks with a safety chain, whilst others slide onto the forks. The Self Tipping Skips can be attached to forklift trucks to enable the forklift driver to tip the skip without leaving the safety of his seat.

Our range of forklift truck attachments ensure you get the most from your forklift truck and at the best price possible.

Forklift Tipping Skips

Our Forklift Tipping Skips are designed specifically to save time, money and improve safety. They are suitable for use with most fork lifts.

The Tipping Skips handle virtually any bulk material and are manufactured in three different thicknesses. Therefore, there is a Tipping Skip to suit every application.

All Forklift Tipping Skips have an automatic self locking return and come complete with four way entry based frame, safety catch on tip mechanism and safety chain to prevent movement on forks.

They are finished with two coats of heavy duty paint for durability.

Forklift Safety Access Platforms

Our Safety Access Platforms are designed to be fitted to the forks of your forklift truck to offer a strong and safe working deck from which to carry out maintenance work or building inspection.

The access platform is designed to hold a maximum of two persons. To aid safety, our platforms have a top safety hand rail, intermediate rail and kick plate all around and Non-Slip flooring.

All our Forklift Safety Access Platforms are tested and supplied with certificates.

Forklift Lifting Jib

Our Forklift Lifting Jibs adapt your forklift truck to a crane in seconds. The Jibs are supplied with a tested 'D' shackle and swivel hook.

A safety retaining bar behind the forklift's forks is essential and is fitted as standard to our Forklift Lifting Jibs. The jibs will suit forks up to 140 x 60mm.

All our Forklift Lifting Jibs are tested and supplied with certificates.

Forklift Drop Bottom Stillage

Our Forklift Drop Bottom Stillage is used where space is a limiting factor. Waste can be emptied into the Stillage and when full, lifted by a forklift truck over a skip and the contents then dropped into the skip. To relock the base simply lower the Forklift Drop Bottom Stillage to the ground after emptying. Both opening and closing of the Stillage can be achieved whilst the driver remains seated. The Forklift's Fork entry is through guides at the top of the Stillage.

Forklift Tow Ball Attachment

The Forklift Tow Ball Attachment is designed to be used for maneuvering Trailers, Compressors and Generators around the yard using a 50mm tow ball.

The Attachment mounts onto the Forklift's Fork and is secured in place behind the heel of the fork with a heel pin. The other end of the Attachment fits onto the Tow Ball on the Trailer.

Forklift Snow Plough / Yard Scraper

Our Forklift Snow Plough/Yard Scraper Attachment has a fixed blade position that is angled to clear snow to the left. The Forklift Snow Plough/Yard Scraper we manufacture can be supplied in widths from 1260mm to 2500mm and come with a heavy duty thick rubber blade.

Rest assured, our Snow Plough/Yard Scrapers are fit for purpose and will keep your snow clearing operations moving during the winter months. They can also be used for clearing general waste during the warmer months!

Forklift Goods Cage

The Forklift Goods Cage is designed for lifting goods up to a mezzazine floor and unloading with a drop down ramp.

Skips

Euroquip manufacture all types of metal skips and roll on roll off containers in our Gloucestershire factory to suit many applications from waste management to recycling. We also offer a 'Repairs and Alterations' service for skips and containers which can be anything from a complete rebuild to just a patch. Your skips are an excellent advertising medium so we also offer a service to create the signage you require on your skips.

Open & Enclosed Skips

We make a full range of skips from the 2 cu.yd. minis to 16 cu.yd. maxis. Single or double end tipping, open or enclosed, with or without drop door.

The skips are fabricated from mild steel plate and are strengthened using 76 x 38mm RSC. The four lifting lugs are fixed through the body and the surrounding areas strengthened. All the corners are reinforced with welded gusset plates.

All skips finished with two coats of heavy duty paint for durability. The colour can be to your own specification. Fitted with self-adhesive reflective marker boards.

Used for general waste for most skip hire and recycling companies i.e. site, home and garden clearance and light to medium weight scrap metal.

General Fabrication

We manufacture a range of Aggregate Bagging Discharge Hoppers and Stillages from our base in Gloucestershire that are designed to be used in conjunction with a forklift truck. Our Protection Barriers are designed to your requirements to protect your property from damage by vehicles.

Our Stillages offer support to the material they are intended to carry. Some stillages have a cage structure whilst others have solid sides and it is common for them to be stackable. A main use of our solid sided Stillages is for recycling industrial waste where the material can be collected and easily removed later.

The Folding Stillages are mainly used for carrying Site Safety Bags and fold down flat for ease of storage. Their structure means goods can be transported safely and easily.

Stillages

Our Stillages are mainly used for General Storage, Movement and Transportation of Industrial Parts and/or Waste. They are manufactured to order in solid steel or with mesh sides.

Depending on your requirements, we can make the Stillage with or without drop down sides and also available with or without fork pockets/fork stirrups.

All our Open Top Stillages are fitted with pallet feet to enable efficient stacking.

Folding Stillage for Carrying Site Safety Bags

The Folding Stillages we manufacture are used for carrying Site Safety Bags. The Stillage sides collapse down for easy storage. When in use, a safety chain secures the Stillage to the forklift forks.

Aggregate Bagging Discharge Hopper

Save time, waste and money when filling 1000kg bulk bags with our Aggregate Bagging Discharge Hopper.

The frame is constructed in 50 x 50 x 2.5mm box section and the Hopper is constructed in 3mm sheet steel. The base accommodates a standard 40" x 48" pallet with fork pockets fitted to allow easy movement around the yard.

Log Bagging Hopper

Modified design of our popular Aggregate Bagging Discharge Hopper with larger opening to aid with the bagging of Logs/Kindling Wood into bulk bags.

The frame is constructed in 50 x 50 x 2.5mm box section and the Hopper is constructed in 3mm sheet steel. The base accommodates a standard 40" x 48" pallet with fork pockets fitted to allow easy movement around the yard.

Universal Fork Mounted Bulk Bag Lifter & Lifting Jib

The Universal Fork Mounted Forklift Bulk Bag Lifter & Lifting Jib is designed for easily lifting & moving aggregate bulk bags around on the forks of a Forklift or Telehandler and simply secures to the machine with a heavy-duty single piece fork heel retaining bar. Hang the bag loops into the locators in each corner and it is as simple as that. With its multi-use this product also acts as a Forklift Lifting Jib and adapts your truck into a crane in seconds as it incorporates a heavy duty profiled lifting point at the front to which a ‘D’ shackle and swivel hook can be attached to.
