Marsanz 150 Litre Hybrid

This trolley has a great sized basket at 150 litres. The basket is not deep which makes it easy for customers to load and unload it. The basket is a solid plastic which is robust, the chassis is a strong metal which allows the trolley to move smoothly even when full of products. This trolley has a child seat also. The hybrid trolleys come in a range of sizes and colours and are also available in an anti-theft frame which limits theft as it does not have a lower platform to hide things on.

Marsanz 220 Litre Hybrid

This trolley is the one of the largest of the range with a 220 litre basket. It is made with extra strong plastic for the basket so it is able to be filled with products without issue. The chassis is made from a metal tubing which is light but robust and allows the trolley to move easily. It comes with a child seat which has both the function of keeping a child safe and giving the customer extra loading space. The hybrid trolleys come in a range of sizes and colours and are also available in an anti-theft frame which limits theft as it does not have a lower platform to hide things on.

This trolley is intended to act as a hand basket on wheels, due to its small size it is more convenient than a traditional trolley. This trolley comes with a handle that can be branded as standard as well as 3 grips along the basket that allow it to be pushed or pulled from all directions. This basket trolley is perfect for all stores and thanks to the plastic design if it hits something in your store the damage will be a lot less than a wired basket, for example a fridge door will not scratch or crack if hit by a plastic trolley. As standard it comes with 100mm plastic wheels which are high quality and very durable.

This is the smallest plastic trolley that can have a child seat however with a basket volume of 99 litres, this is not advised.

We offer the original Systec £1 Smartloc Trolley Locks system. The system is very robust and simple to use. We will not charge for the installation of trolley locks to any trolley order you place with us. We recommend trolley locks as they encourage shoppers to return the trolleys to the correct customer return points where a starter chain can be installed. We can offer trolley parks as well installed on site.

210L Trolley & Baby Seat

This trolley has a raised plastic moulded baby-seat and toddler seat by the side. For families with an infant and toddler, it's a set up available at all the major retailers. This option we have only available as a refurbished trolley. Unfortunately Marsanz do not make the small seat and mechanism to allow this fitting but we felt it was an important family set up to offer to retailers.

38 Litre Produce Basket

This is our biggest produce basket which is often used for reusable packaging for display, picking and distribution of food and sundry items. We are selling more and more of these for online orders/warehouse picking. They nest securely when not in use so are kept safely out the way. They click into place to stack into a stable tower when filled.

Flatbed - Garden Centre Trolley

This handy trolley is often seen in Garden centres. Its lower tray with folding rail can take the weight of 150kg. The upper basket which can fold upwards for larger tray loads or for nesting has a 35 litre capacity and has useful window for poles. This has proven to become more popular since customers saw it at GLEE 2019.

Board Flatbed Warehouse Trolley

This is a very stable flatbed trolley as all the wheels are 160mm. This trolley has been made to be used in DIY stores, cash and carry's and warehouses as it can carry heavy items - it can hold up to 1000kg. You can add double top tier basket, rear basket, single top tier basket, clip board, trolley lock and branded handles. This trolley has a wooden base, but we also have it available with a wire base if that is preferred. There is also an option with a 5th wheel for extra support and stability if the trolley is going to be carrying its maximum weight frequently.

24 Litre Shopping Basket Made from 100% Post Consumer Waste

At Formbar we try to include as many sustainable options as we can in our product range. We are excited to announce the newest addition of the sustainable range is the 24 litre PLASTIC shopping basket made from 100% post consumer waste. This basket looks and performs the same as all of our other 24 litre shopping baskets, however this one can come with a sticker that shows the user it is made in the UK from recycled waste. The basket is still strong and performs in the same way as the others, the design and the quality has not been affected. The basket has a flat base which allows it to stand on its own and nest into others neatly. The basket itself has long of gaps which allows dirt etc to fall through, keeping them looking clean and ready to be used. It has a lockable handle which stands up on its own making it easy to pick the basket up once it has been put down, the handle also folds down and sits flush against the basket so it can be stacked.

We stock in our UK warehouse new high quality Marsanz supermarket trolleys from the small 50 litre to the large 240 litre plus garden centre trolleys, family trolleys, sustainable trolleys, merchandisers and more.

Our Family Trolley range including the Plastic Moulded Baby Seat, Twin Toddler Seats, New-Born Cradle and Baby/Toddler Combination are all in line with current guidance by using the 210L trolley with braked castor as the base for each, large enough to be stable with the raised seats above the handles.

Marsanz are one of the top two European trolley manufacturers and they produce a fantastic product that meets all European safety standards. We keep a good stock in the UK and we have monthly deliveries from the factory so we can offer very short lead times even on branded trolleys.

Reconditioned / Second-Hand Shopping Trolleys

Our reconditioned trolleys are fully serviced then they are re-plated and have new casters fitted. They are a great option for stores working to a budget or who need to match an existing trolley in their fleet. We have a standard range from 57L to 232L in stock but we do have a huge and ever changing variety available from stock trolleys and flat beds to garden centre trolleys and cages so do call or email with your requirements. We do also supply second-hand trolleys which we service but do not fully refurbish making these even less expensive.

The 54 litre Barcelona Trolley Basket provide ultimate quality and offer high capacity. The 4 castors underneath provide stability and two reinforced ergonomic handles give extra strength. The castors have a double ball bearing allowing for a smooth glide and the dust guards stop dirt from getting in, prolonging the life of the basket. A choice or 4 colours and customisation options are available.
