Had their 900 mbps since December last year. From flawless installation to solid reliable speeds all has been perfect. All this for £40 a month with a thirty day contract and three months free in fact I haven’t had a bill yet. What more could you ask for!
M12, specifically Terri Martin has been outstanding. She is an expert in her field, has made sure she has a great understanding in how our business works. Is extremely efficient (even picking up calls at around 7am / pm) and flexible to our needs. She is friendly to all our staff / volunteers and a great asset to M12.
We have a VoIP system installed and maintained by M12 and a Giganet Leased Line. We have received a 5 star services from all at M12 and Giganet.

M12 and Giganet are a perfect example of what we look for in a comms provider. We have used them for several years now and in that time they have replaced 4 of our legacy phone systems, installed more than 7 leased lines, switched mobile phone provider and saved us thousands of pounds. All of these tasks have been dealt with in a professional manner and their after-sales support is second to none. Many other providers have previously left us for days without solutions to issues, however Giganet and M12 understand how crucial the upkeep of the systems they provide to us is. They are always happy to discuss future ideas to ensure we are at the cutting edge of communication, whilst maintaining financially viable solutions. Both Giganet and M12 teams are very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely reliable. We would not even consider another provider and would recommend them highly.
The fibre is a significant improvement! We have not had the problems we had been experiencing, with lines dropping out and crackles on the line which caused a tremendous amount of downtime and lack of productivity. The ADSL connection we had before really affected the day to day running of the business, however not with the ultrafast speeds from Giganet's fibre, it has not only significantly improved the reliability of our connection and allowed us to work more efficiently, but it has been a great way to future-proof our business.
We continue to be extremely pleased with the service we receive at a very competitive price. Giganet and M12 have been there every step of the way during our expansion over the years, where we now have several sites in Hampshire and our Head Office in Gloucestershire. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with the team during the commencement of our first project and still is.
