Scaffold Boards

British Standard kite marked boards available in 2.4m, 3.0m and 3.9m lengths, (38mm x 225mm wide)

Tubes

Galvanised Scaffold Tube − Conforming to BS1139, available in various lengths, 1.5m − 6.3m, (outside diameter 48.3mm, 4mm wall thickness) Also available in Aluminium

Double Coupler

Used to join two scaffold tubes at right angles

Swivel Coupler

Used to join two scaffold tubes at any angle and as a brace for the scaffold.

Wrapover Coupler

Used to connect the transom tube to the ledger tube, not a load-bearing fitting.

Brickguards

Affixed to top Guardrail to provide mesh infill down to the toeboard. Available in metal and plastic.

Debris Netting

Fixed to the scaffold with cable ties to reduce the amount of dust and small debris during work, (2m or 3m wide x 50m) available in green, blue and red). Available in various colours and also Flame retardant.

Sheeting

Fixed to the scaffold to maximise the reduction of dust and debris during work, (2m or 3m wide x 45m), also available in fire retardant.

Scaffold Hook

A quick and simple method of tying scaffolding or banners etc, to any structure.

Signs

Various standard safety signs in stock, (all other signs available to order).

Pedestrian Gate

1.15m Wide Pedestrian access point complete with built in hinges and shoot bolt to secure site.

Hoarding Panels

Available in galvanised and white finish as standard, any other colour available to order. 1m Pedestrian Gate and 4m Vehicle Gates available.

Loose Leg Barrier

Walkway demarcation or crowd control barrier with loose flat metal feet, which reduces the trip hazard, 2.3m.

Standard Pipeclamps

A vast range of galvanised clamps with quick release grub screws available from stock. They are ideal for guardrail, racking and various bespoke applications.

Forkheads

Carried in various widths to enable safe supporting of beams with props. Adjustable Forkheads are suitable for insertion into Scaffolding Tube for support work

Roadform

For forming the edge of concrete slab work available in 3m lengths, rigid and flexible form in 100mm, 150mm and 200mm depths.

Trestles

Steel adjustable trestles for low level access for brickwork and plastering etc.

Top Hopper

Top Hopper − Fabricated from hardwearing plastic polymer. The mouth of the Hopper is designed to allow rubble to be barrowed direct into the opening.

Red Hopper

Top Hopper − Manufactured from Blow Moulded Plastic with a chain and hook connection system. A fixing bracket is required to attach the Rubbish Chute to the scaffold or through a window.

Roof Ladder

Available in various sizes in single or double section. Also available in folding version for storage inside vehicles.

Aluminium Class 1, Heavy Duty, robust Step Ladder with platform, 410mm x 300mm

Double and Single width Towers

Aluminium access towers supplied from the leading Tower manufacturer, designed for professional use. The Boss ladderspan system offers a choice of double width (1.45m), or single width (0.85m), frame widths and deck lengths of 1.8m or 2.5m. These options enable the user to build the tower using the “through the trap method (3T)” in a safe manner with various platform heights from 1.2m to 12.2m. Safety certification to BSEN1004 : 2004

Podium

All aluminium construction made to the highest specification and conforming to all current regulations. The standard podium will pass through a standard doorway, fully assembled. With adjustable platform height of 1.0m or 1.25m, self closing gate system and integrated double guardrail. Supplied as standard with anti-surf feet and wheels and additional stabilisers. Various other platform heights are available.

Stairdeck

Using a patented, moveable ladder frame, it enables the user to easily and safely enter the tower direct from the stairwell. No more climbing through the tower frames to access the platforms. With a width of 700mm and a platform height of 0.3m − 1.8m, it makes it ideal for commercial and domestic properties.

Guardrails

A free standing, permanent or temporary flat roof guardrail system.
