I’m not quite sure who to direct this to as I’m sure it involves many people but I just wanted to express our thanks for the fast turnaround time we received on our recent orders. As you know these parts were required for a project we are trying to deliver to Eurotunnel this month for early November installation; thus avoiding penalties should we not meet the December project sign off date. There was not a lot of time between the date we had for our site survey and the delivery date so your assistance with helping us meet this deadline and the early delivery on these parts is much appreciated.
Just a quick note to say thank you for turning the retention bar around so quickly, arrived this morning, much improved on the original design. This will be a great help in our evaluation of the product. Also a big thanks for the effort that Holt put in with the delivery of the main chassis. Please pass on our thanks to all involved.
