They say you don’t know a company until things go wrong – well after a computer glitch at checkout I can report that i.sells sets a new gold standard for customer service. Michael Gallagher and his team went above and beyond to rectify the problem and even phoned me to take my order personally. All this for a first time customer spending less than £100. In other news the goods arrive very promptly and appear good quality so I can recommend i-sells.
Sidcup showroom is really great. They have all the fittings you would not find anywhere. Purchased Flatmaster and the ducting, unit was faulty but i-sells had replaced it with no trouble. Ted was very helpful. Keep up the good work!
Based on recommendations of my friend, I've bought 3 Thermo DB units from i-sells.co.ukI found the products good quality and value. The shipment was prompt and well packaged. The team definitely displays customer orientation. They helped to resolve small mistake in the order and exchange some units into correct ones despite long time span between the shipment and the exchange request.
Visited shop today after speaking with Phil on the phone yesterday.Had a couple of problems with a Heat Recovery Unit. Phil resolved the problem immediately on the phone. Service was absolutely excellent. We previously went to Lee but this shop is a huge improvement. So clearly laid out. If the shop had not been here we would have used another Company. Given the problem we had with the Unit we would have just returned it but having spoken to Phil yesterday resolving our problem on the phone and in person it was a great experience to come to the shop and resolve the matter. Whilst visiting we sorted out what we need for our next project and also got a nice cup of tea from Ted!
Had a terrible experience of i-sells today. I had persuaded a customer to buy 2 Kair K-HRV150 heat recovery vents through i-sells. The electrician identified a faulty switch on one unit so I contacted them for a replacement. They immediately started accusing me of not getting a proper electrician and saying the installation was incorrect but it wasn't /isn't One unit works the other doesn't because it has a faulty switch, simples. Eventually they refused to send a new unit or come and look at the old one and said they'd 'be in touch'. I had to go to the manufacturer to get any satisfaction because i-sells didn't bother to contact me. Now I have to get the units removed and send them to the manufacturer and then get the new one installed if they deign to send a new one. Worst customer service I have ever experienced will never use either company again.
