Purchased BMP51 Portable Label Printer for labeling cables at out datacentre after speaking with Dave at Identipro.The device and labels did more than expected and we are very happy with the purchase.Only thing I would say is ensure you purchase the correct labels as there are many variations.All in all an excellent device and service.

Telephoned identipro for information late Wednesday and although they were closed they still had the time to listen to my requests. took my order over the phone and was delivered first thing Friday morning.I unpacked it on Sunday and when I tried to use it I met with a problem.E mailed identipro that day not expecting an answer as it was a bank holiday and an hour later they were on the phone helping me out. First class for information of products, First class on delivery and second to none for support.Highly recommendable.
Great service at great prices. I only tend to buy one item at present from Identipro, but their customer service is excellent, with confirmation of order, shipping information, and lead-time where applicable. Pricing is much more reasonable than nation wide distributors. Highly recommended!

In my NHS employment we have been using a BMP21 for years to generate labels for a variety of applications. Retired from the NHS but still professionally engaged I operate from NHS based and home offices. In view of my impending full retirement I was looking for a BMP21 label printer and labels for home office, and DIY electrical labelling purposes, From a web based search I found Identipro Ltd and followed up by phone an offer not available on line. The service I received was at a personal level, very informed, helpful and efficient. The goods arrived well packed and the next day as promised. Overall - excellent service and I would have no hesitation in using identipro Ltd again.

I have use the Identipro printer to label our warehouse racking with pick locations and barcodes. The labels that are produced are very good quality and very durable. I have allso used the software to produce warning signs in the warehouse, with pictures of forklift trucks etc. The guys at Identipro are great, with help and support when needed, and the service that they supply is second to none. I would thoroughly recomend there products.
