Great service! Warm welcome from John who assisted us unloading 130kg of paper from our car and destroying it (the paper, not the car) in minutes. He told us about the mobile phone and hard drive destruction service and we will make use of it shortly. The Certificate of Destruction provided by Identity Destruction confirms the shredding has been carried out to industry standards. Very cathartic watching all that paper disappear! Thoroughly recommend this service. Keep up the good work.

Thank you again to Johny and the team for an outstanding service. We had a number of old PC''s, hard drives and miscellaneous data discs and back up tapes (yes, tapes!) that needed destroying securely, with certification. A super-quick, friendly service - these guys know what they''re doing. Cannot recommend them highly enough!

Very helpful and friendly. I just turned up with a car load of papers. They assisted me carrying the papers into the building. They weighed it, took payment and shredded it there and then. They let you see the papers getting shredded so you know it''s destroyed. They also shredded a hard disk. Very quick service. I received a certificate of the destroyed material. Very good.

Brilliant service. No need to book a slot. I arrived Monday morning, gave Identity Destruction 43kg of sensitive paperwork and, within moments, it was shredded to oblivion. I watched it being done on a big screen in their reception area. The people are friendly, helpful and it was all very well done. I''d have no hesitation recommending them. Heaven forbid I uncover tons more paperwork that''s where I will go. Thank you very much.

I''ve never used a professional shredding company before & I''m very impressed. I had two huge bags of paper documents some of which were confidential which had been hanging around at home awaiting me finding the time to process them on my little home shredder. After 3 years my wife decided that they had to go & found me this local company in Chichester. Very pleased with the service & have already recommended it to one of my friends. I will be back!

As a business we have been using Identity Destruction for 3 years and the service is excellent.
We have a monthly collection of confidential paperwork. The day prior to each collection we are e-mailed a pick up time slot, the following day we receive a certificate of destruction. The team at Identity Destruction could not be more friendly and helpful.
We have just renewed our contract for another year.

I had amassed over 100kg of old sensitive papers at home that I did not need. I turned up at Identity Destruction''s unit in Shopwhyke and within minutes ten bin bags of paper was shredded. You get to see the process via video link (if you want). Very professional, good value and quick service. I would highly recommend them.
They can also physically destroy no longer needed hard disks, which is important if you are giving away or scrapping an old computer.

I have had a truly seamless service from Identity Destruction. I wasn''t happy with the company I had been using as they couldn''t confirm a pick up etc. Check the internet, saw Identity Destruction and liked the sound of the family business, called them and immediately knew that I was going to get good service. They collected the next day as I was on their route. Highly recommend and will certainly be using them from now on.

What a service! I rolled up with many years''worth of personal confidential papers, which were weighed and, within minutes, destroyed as I looked on, on a large tv screen. Pleasant, friendly but professional service which I will use again when I have enough.

What a great service. John was really friendly and helped me bring all the shredding in from the car. He weighed it all then took it into the back to be shredded. You can watch it all happen ''live'' on a TV screen in reception. He then weighed the empty boxes again and too that off he bill. Definitely better than sitting by the shredder at home for hours! Good for business or home and although there is a minimum charge, it''s still really reasonable. (and they do hard drive destruction too) I would definitely recommend

This was our first shredding experience and it was most interesting and entertaining. Having recently retired, I had a lot of confidential stuff to get rid of. Dan was very efficient and pleasant and carted a whole carload of boxes into the warehouse on his forklift. We watched enthralled as the whole lot disappeared down the terrifying jaws of the shredder very quickly. The large screen in the office was a cinematic experience not to be missed!

Who would have thought you''d be motivated to want to give a great review about a confidential waste company, but they are amazing!
They''re an incredibly friendly team (a family company), some of the best customer service I''ve ever experienced and their prices are very competitive.
I deal with dozens of different types of contractors, where typically the experience can be variable (to be polite) and they are a joy to deal with, I actually look forward to contacting them to arrange our next delivery or collection.

I''m a grumpy old man at the best of times so shredding papers and having paper jams, staples etc to contend with is not good.
Faced with 19 kgs of documents to shred (took the decision that payslips from the 1970s, divorce papers etc can probably go so a serious declutter) I looked at options. Just turning up at ID with a couple of rubble sacks of papers appealed so I just rolled up and they were "gone in 60 seconds".
The team were really friendly and efficient and at £12 +VAT really good value. Give them a go!

This was a very efficient and friendly service. They demonstrated how media was destroyed and one can wait to physically verify that all the material is destroyed. The invoice was clear as was the Certificate of Destruction, both of which arrived within 60 minutes of leaving the site The value for money was excellent. Excellent service. Thank you.

Great service. Jordan was very helpful, including getting the boxes from the car for me. After hours in the past sitting at a home shredder it was great fun to watch the shredding machine chew up all the old documents in seconds. Highly recommend this service.

This is a great place to have found. Our third visit here because a relative asked us to take his paperwork for destruction!.The price has gone up since our first visit but still good value for money. Jordan was friendly and professional and it is reassuring to see your own paperwork shredded to destruction before your eyes on the screen. There is a collection service too if preferred. Good to know it gets recycled as loo paper!

You roll up, no appointment needed, they help you unload your stuff, you watch it disappear in a massive shredder, lever arch files and all, tap your debit card.Job done. My 4 archive boxes took 29 seconds! This service is brilliant, and unique.
