Commissioning

At J & E Hall we are able to complete commissioning in the UK and overseas on a full range of industrial refrigeration equipment operating on a variety of refrigerants.

Our fully trained engineers have the expertise and experience to ensure all equipment is running correctly and efficiently to optimise performance.

Engineers are fully briefed by our design team before they begin and have all the necessary equipment and documentation to effectively carry out equipment commissioning without delay.

Refrigeration & HVAC Installation

The Installation & Service division of J & E Hall installs HVAC and refrigeration equipment into a wide range of applications and provides a selection of proven energy efficient solutions. In addition, we offer comprehensive nationwide support through our support team and a network of qualified engineers.

HallScrew Semi-Hermetic Screw Compressors

J & E Hall supply a comprehensive range of semi hermetic single screw compressors for low, medium and high temperature applications. The compressor only has three basic moving parts which results in balanced compression with no power loss and minimum bearing loads. All units are designed and tested to international standards and offer a wide range of cooling capacities.

HallScrew Open-Drive Screw Compressors

The HSO open drive range of single screw compressors is designed for refrigeration, air conditioning and heat pump applications. The compressor only has three basic moving parts which results in balanced compression with no power loss and minimum bearing loads. Innovative screw compressor technology ensures ease of installation and quiet operation.

HallScrew Screw Compressor Packs

HallScrew open type compressor packs come as a complete package with oil management system and controller for installing into a refrigeration, air conditioning or heat pump system. Customers have the confidence in compressor pack technology for applications ranging from deep-freezing through to standard refrigeration in retail, brewing, process plant, petrochemical, pharmaceutical and more.

Aquachill Packaged Air Cooled Chillers

Aquachill is a standard chiller range which offers superior efficiency with high COPs under extreme operating conditions.

Fusion Scroll Commercial Condensing Units

The extremely efficient Fusion Scroll commercial condensing units are the perfect solution for commercial sectors where noise, size and reliability are paramount. Available in both medium and low temperature the scroll units house an efficient Copeland scroll compressor.

Digital Single Scroll Commercial Condensing Units

With a capacity up to 16kW the single scroll is an ideal solution for convenience stores, supermarkets and petrol forecourts. The digital single scroll compressor capacity control matches varying display case loads and provides the perfect energy efficient solution for commercial refrigeration applications.The units are also suitable for multi cabinet systems.

Digital Twin Scroll Commercial Condensing Units

With a capacity up to 31kW the digital twin scroll is an ideal solution for larger convenience store applications and is a packaged alternative to multi compressor racks. Digital compressor capacity control matches varying display case loads and provides the perfect energy efficient commercial refrigeration solution

JCC Cellar Coolers

The JCC cellar cooler range provides cost effective and reliable units designed to maintain temperatures required for beer and wine cellars.

The ability of electronic control down to 4°C also prolongs the life of fresh fruit and vegetables, flowers, dairy products and other items requiring a temperature controlled environment.

Twin Cellar Coolers

To complement the JCC range J & E Hall offer a range of twin cellar cooler systems which provide increased cooling capacities where required and offer longer pipe runs. The twin system utilises a combination of JCC evaporators and Fusion Scroll commercial condensing units.

There are three models in the range which operate at capacities between 7.2 − 10.2kW. Units have 6 fins per inch brewery specification evaporator coils and operate on multiple refrigerants.

Ambient Beer Cooler

The J & E Hall ambient beer cooler uses outdoor ambient air to help keep cellars cool and save money.

Most beer cellars are kept at 10°C and the UK temperature between October and April often falls below that figure. When the outdoor temperature falls to 8°C or below, the J & E Hall ambient beer cooler uses the outdoor air to cool your cellar at a fraction of the cost.
