Delivery takes too long, I ordered 3 weeks ago and it still has not come!
On behalf of me and many other students at my college, we would not recommend this company. It took a month for my items to arrive and over a month for some other people's items when on their site it says to allow up to 21 days. We did not receive any information of why our items had not arrived so a couple of people decided to call the company and the people they spoke to were very rude, not very helpful at all and all gave different answers as to why we had not received our uniforms yet. After we had finally received our uniforms, all of the trousers were extremely large for what sizes they claim to be. I was shocked to find that to return them, I had to pay to send them back (you also had to pay an extra £4.95 for them to send another pair back which I did not do) and I had to pay a restocking fee of 15% so actually by the time I've received the refund I have only actually received about half of what I paid for the item. I have never heard of any companies that do this and I just think the service we have received was absolutely terrible. As I said at the beginning, would not recommend.
