Laser Cutting / Profiling
Laserit Ltd operates two 3015 6kW Lasers and uses the latest CadCam software, allowing us to respond swiftly and efficiently to client needs. We are equipped to cut a wide range of materials, including up to 20mm thick in mild and stainless steel and 15mm thick in aluminum. To reduce lead times, we maintain a comprehensive inventory of commonly used materials.
Bending
We enhance our laser cutting service with two CNC 7-axis press brakes: the Amada 170 Ton 3-meter and the 50 Ton 2-meter. These machines allow us to bend up to 15mm thick mild steel up to 1.2 meters long and 15mm thick stainless steel up to 900mm long. With over 20 years of data on bend allowances, Laserit has earned a strong reputation for precision in bending. Our experienced engineers can also re-engineer products to lower costs and streamline processes.
Fabrication
We provide ongoing services for MIG/TIG/ALU welding, rolling, Rumbling and full fabrication and assembly. Additionally, through our trusted suppliers, we offer powder coating, wet paint application, electrophoretic coating, zinc plating, and galvanising. We are proud to serve clients across the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Pharmaceutical, Automotive, Aerospace, and Food industries.
