I asked for an emergency repair during the lockdown and this was dealt with and the repair completed within 24 hours of my request. I couldn’t of asked for a better service.

I had the alarm and camera system installed last year apart from a couple minor problems with software which were addressed promptly and efficiently. The system and service support has been excellent. The service package is very good and the maintenance team first class.

Lincoln Security came and took over my security system today - what an excellent experience/service! The engineer was both very knowledgeable and friendly - a real credit to the organisation. I would have no problem in recommending this company to anyone looking to have a security system fitted and/or maintained (in fact our neighbour already has their card - a call maybe forthcoming). Excellent service!Rob and Andy were very professional, on time and explained everything they were doing. Andy was also really good to provide us with the schematic diagrams that he had researched by liaising with Bell who designed the system for our block.
