Custom Moulding: At Measom Freer, as well as stocking plastic bottles and packaging we also specialise in the design, development and manufacture of bespoke products, in order to meet our customers’ exact requirements. Custom Made Products: We can also manufacture polythene bellows to suit your requirements including bespoke packaging, bottles, jars, boxes, caps, plugs, measures, spatulas, scoops, spoons, tubes, fasteners and more.

Blow Moulding: Blow moulding allows bottles to be made to customers' own requirements In most thermoplastics including PVC, HDPE, LDPE, PETG, and PP, with up to 1-litre capacity. Most of our materials are recyclable.

Injection Moulding: Up to a shot weight of approximately 300g, processed in most thermoplastic materials. We promise strict confidentiality at all stages, to protect your designs and brand.

Our design department is equipped with the latest CAD facilities for component design and 3D visualisation through to full tool design.

We have our own in-house tool room, which we continually invest in to provide cutting edge technology that complements our CAD CAM design facility. We specialise entirely in the production of quality blow moulding & injection moulding tools. You can even come and watch your tool being made. We accept most file formats including IGES, SLDDRP, STEP and more.

A printing service is available for the decoration of bottles and other mouldings.

24 hours a day production occurs during the week to achieve maximum output at economic prices.

Measom Freer manufacture & stock quality plastic bottles, custom moulded bottles, caps and closures, screw-on dropper and dispenser caps & bottles, bottle plugs, bottle caps, nozzle plug bottles, flip caps, lotion, gel & spray pumps, scoops, measures and measuring spoons, boxes and soap boxes, jars, jar caps, rigid tubes, tube bottles, adjustable fasteners and cable/bag ties, spatulas, plastic measuring spoons etc. The company’s products are all manufactured and stocked in Leicester, England.

Measom Freer have blow moulding facilities for most thermoplastics including HDPE, PVC, MDPE, LDPE, PETG, PP etc. up to 1 litre capacity and injection moulding facilities for thermoplastic materials processed up to a shot weight of approximately 300g.

Bespoke bottles and injection mouldings can be made to customers' own requirements using their in-house tool making facilities. Equipped with the latest CAD, CAM and CNC technology Measom Freer design quality products and tooling to suit. Strict confidentiality can be assured at all stages.

The company specialises entirely on the production of quality injection & blow moulding tools within the tool making service.

A screen printing service is also available for the decoration of bottles and injection mouldings.

Production is maintained 24 hours a day production to achieve maximum output at economic prices.
