Recently moved Lines and Calls along with PBX support to MF and it has been a smooth ride since. Having dealt with many suppliers in the past who only want to blame Openreach, MF have been completely professional and transparent at the same time providing the additional support which help keeps the business running efficiently.
We have had a new telephone system installed at Queen Elizabeth II School, the transition to the new system was great and any issues that arise are quickly resolved with their efficient technical support. I would highly recommend.

Excellent company to deal with very professional. We had a seamless transition from BT lines, including an ISDN line and internet over to MF Telecoms packages with significant cost savings.They were with me every step of the way, with great back up and full telecoms systems servicing.I would definitely recommend MF Telecoms.

I couldn't recommend MFTS enough, helpful at every step and easy to get in contact with and very responsive with all questions asked. Ben was great during the installation and explained everything clearly and James kept me up to date with everything going on before installation which is a big reassurance. Will definitely be using again in the future! Thanks guys!
MF have looked after our telephones for the last few years and have just assisted with installing Superfast broad band and a new phone system, they are always easy to contact, helpful, pro-active and they take away the headache associated with dealing with the main phone companies.
We decided to give MF Telecoms a try after horrendous service from our (now previous) telecom/internet providers.From start to finish we have had nothing but amazing service. Ben Capas was amazing and patient when providing us with the details and such that we needed to do to for the changeover.Ben and Freddie (engineers) were lovely, friendly and very professional when carrying out the installation in our office. Happy to answer the endless questions we had and in a way that wasn't overly complicated.So far we have had no issues (touch wood) with the phone system or internet and can definitely see an improvement in the quality of calls and internet compared to our previous provider.Would definitely recommend this company if you are looking to change or find a telecoms/internet provider.
Having received poor service from various telecoms providers over the years, we never believed that there could be a company out there that actually wants to provide a good service and knew the products they were selling. After engaging with Ben Capas from MF, I instantly felt comfortable with the service they were offering and that they were trustworthy. Over the past 2 years, they have delivered everything promised and although they are growing, they have kept that personal touch often lost by companies expanding. I have been able to maintain a good relationship with them and any problems we have had or changes we have requested, have been dealt with immediately rather than us being placed in a queue.Great company to work with and I would recommend them to anyone!

MF supply support all of our (Jarvis Investment Management) telephony and internet connectivity. This includes multiple leased lines as well as business broadband. They have always made themselves available to us at short notice when we face issues and take the time to work through issues thoroughly. Highly recommended for any business in the area.

I first contacted MF Telecoms when my office telephone contract was up. Following a brief meeting to establish my needs MF came back with a proposal to move to a VOIP system. This not only saved significant sums of money but enable more remote options (which were shortly to become more important than ever before).Having built up a great working relationship with MFTS, I made the decision at the end of 2021 to transfer my IT support services to them.The entire process has been smooth and efficient - I have been kept fully informed of what was happening with the migration etc.All IT and Telecom services are now with MFTS - and I don't foresee that changing any time soon. Would not hesitate in recommending MFTS - great friendly knowledgeable staff, great value and a great company to work with.
Ben at MF was great to sort out our phone lines when the previous provider did not help and were without telephone lines. Jaan was very helpful during the entire installation.

We have been with MF Telecom for approximately 2 years now and we cannot fault them. They offer a variety of different IT and communication services which is convenient so we can keep everything with one supplier. Their support is also excellent, any issues are resolved with a single phone call and is usually dealt with whilst we're on the phone to them or remotely. Genuinely, extremely happy with their team.
