Mike was polite and helpful when it came to repairing my XTNiD that is used on the farm. Radio came back clean and fully working. Could of been a bit quicker on turn-arourd, but otherwise no complaints.

Excellent service. Mike called us as we had spoken to him earlier about the product, we ordered what we thought was correct to receive a call from Mike informing us it was not the correct item. Mike corrected this for us so we will now receive the correct item we need. Very pleased.

When i first phoned, i got voicemail and left a message - i was contacted within minutes (which impressed me) and I was told that the item would be red in colour and not orange as shown on the website (impressed me with being up front about that fact)I duly ordered through the website with no issues at all and several email updates followed over the next few days regarding my order status.The radios arrived within a few days (as promised) and i had a pleasant surprise on opening the well wrapped parcel and contents - both radios appeared to be brand new and unused (although showing as used on the website)I have to say that this has been one of the best transactions i have experienced online - highly recommended - don't look anywhere else : )Many thanks.Steve

Repaired three Motorola XTNi walkie talkies which I almost sent to the tip. Reasonable price and great, friendly service. Radios came back all working and nice and clean. Turn around time could of been a bit quicker, but otherwise I will use again.
