We use Mint Network for our tech support at our Interior Design company with our VOIP business telephone system and internet - the ongoing support has been excellent as no problem has been too difficult for them. We couldn't recommend them enough!
I've been with mint for many years and it's been so reliable and consistent in price my wife and then two of my son's have joined it. Every time it comes to renew we check what's available and so far nothing beats it on price. The service is as consistent as T-Mobile through which it's connected. In our area there are a few small pockets where signal drops, but otherwise it's solid 24/7. We've never had issues with SIMs or connecting new phones (only old phones that can't work on the connection).

Truly excellent service form a London based supplier.We purchased a business telephone system for our London office with an isdn30 and internet access.The presales advice was excellent and most importantly the after sales service has been excellent.Very responsive team and each time we needed an engineer he arrived the same day. No extra charges for reprogramming as it was all done as part of our maintenance agreement.

I first contacted Alex at Mint Network in 2011 when I was moving offices. we were looking for a phone system and did not realise the considerations and the number of factors to look at. This was our first time moving away from serviced offices.Once we made the decision to go with Mint network, we only had to make one phone call and Mint network took care of everything. Including the ordering the telephone lines, installation of the lines and the telephone system. Making sure we had internet access that would meet our needs as well as having extra capacity for the future as and when we needed it.Equally important if not more important was and is the after care service. Again Mint network have looked after us very well. Initially Alex provided us with training on how to use and get the best out of our telephone system. We will often get a response to queries within 24 hours.Because of the level of aftercare service I am happy to give Mint network 5 stars and I would recommend Mint network becausea. of their process to identify the system for usb. they project managed everything and met our price point.Thanks for everything

We have been a customer of Mint Network for 4 years now and they have always delivered high level of service. Very quick to respond. We started our relationship by purchasing an office phone system for 12 users and last year decided to transfer our lines. Its much easier now as we now need only make one call when something goes wrong.We deal with a guy called Alex and he has been in telecoms for a very long time and is therefore very experienced.

Mint Network have gone above and beyond consistently for us throughout a tricky time, and Alex is constantly going the extra mile for customers.
