MonoWall Operable Movable Walls

Monowa’s top of the range Operable Movable Walls offer endless variations of surface finish, acoustic solutions and track layouts to give the end user maximum space utilisation and performance.

Operable Moveable Walls are suspended from a head track, (no floor track necessary) and comprise of single panels which can be rolled out of a stacking bay to form the desired acoustic room division.

MonoFold Sliding Folding Partitions

The MonoFold collection brings you a versatile solution for temporary room division where structural support from above is not available. The system bears its weight directly on to its low-profile floor track, screw fixed to the floor.

The head guide track is merely there to secure the top guide pins fixed to alternate panels to prevent lateral movement and guide the panels along to deploy the wall and stack it back.

Unlike the MonoWall these panels are permanently hinged together allowing the MonoFold, as the name suggests, to fold backwards and forwards in a zig-zag fashion.

MonoClear Frameless Glass Partitioning

Glass partitions walls are excellent aesthetic dividers, offering many applications. The elements move on a top track via a Twin Point system, two carriage assemblies with system being able to stack in a variety of configurations (see stacking arrangements). The panels are stacked according to requirements and when deployed are locked into position with foot operated shoot bolts.

There is also a hinged version available which runs along our single point track. One carriage assembly at the top of alternate panels, stacking centrally on main line of track.

Available with a fixed pass door which is opened back whilst the panels forming the division may be stacked back to the system pass door.

MonoGlaze Glazed Operable Movable Walls

The MonoGlaze collection is a unique way of introducing the aesthetics of glass but with all the functionality of an operable wall.

The MonoGlaze is effectively a fully glazed version of our MonoWall and is suspended in exactly the same way, from a head track, (no floor track necessary) and comprises of single panels which can be rolled out of a stacking bay to form the desired room division.

MonoFlect Glazed Sliding Folding Partitions

MonoFlect glazed partition collection brings you the same versatile solution as our MonoFold collection but with the added aesthetic of fully glazed panels for temporary room division where structural support from above is not available. MonoWave Vinyl Concertina Folding Partitions

MonoWave Vinyl Concertina Partitions are a low-cost, high-quality alternative where flexibility is required to a budget. Supported from above, the partitions are faced in hard wearing and extremely durable vinyl which is very hard wearing and easily cleaned.

The acoustic performance can be enhanced by the inclusion of various internal linings. Sweep strips create a continuous seal with the floor and the head of the system and these are an aid to reducing heating costs in unoccupied areas of a building such as storerooms.

Available in a wide range of vinyl colours, these partitions can fit easily into the decor scheme of your choice.

Movable Wall PPM - Service, Maintenance & Repairs

Movable Walls, Sliding Folding systems are designed and engineered to a high standard and given the right regular service and maintenance schedule, they will last for many years.

Monowa highly recommend that a thorough service is carried out every 12 months depending on the daily usage to fulfil your PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) programmes. A regular service can save you money in the long term as this could highlight any potential costly repairs before they become a serious problem.

We are not restricted to just Monowa products, our engineers are qualified to work on all manufacturers movable walls which makes using our MonoServ packages very advantageous where maintenance budgets are concerned.
