Paid £142 for window film. When it arrived it had kinks in it that I thought would come out when I fitted it. However this didn't work so I thought I would write them an email to let them know about it being less than perfect. They didn't even have the courtesy to reply. Terrible customer service, would never use again.

This company has 3 reviews and its been going for 27 years, I think someones telling porky pies ? This guy and this company has responded with lies, My name on the card was the same as the name i gave, this company is no good as they tell lies about customers, The guy responding was the same guy i told about his co-worker being rude to me and he didn't like me complaining, Every thing went through with my order.I placed my order and gave all the correct details everything was fine,until i called back to confirm my order and his co-worker was rude and obtuse, All my details were correct, there was no mention of me confirming everything in email, but did reply with please go-ahead with my order, Stop lying about people its not right, I asked for the same guy who took my order but you and your co-worker lied to me and said he went home for the day and your co-worker said he went to lunch, if your going to lie get your story straight. I am putting all this so people can see how bad your company is. Don`t lie about people the order was for £22, do you think this was worth exposing your poor company over such a small amount of money, . Because you didn't like me complaining about your co-worker you have said all this because you didn't like me complaining about your co-worker being rude, My card details were correct, From the start nobody answers the phone, I placed an order with this company Omega window films after trying to get through many times, my order was correct so i called back to confirm the order, address and measurements was correct I wanted to speak with martin who took my order and a guy called Bryon answered the phone who came across as being very obtuse towards me, i simply said i would like to speak with Martin who originally took my order, because Bryon was speaking with me impolitely and all i wanted to do was confirm my address was correct with martin He told me Martin was on lunch, when i called back Richard answered and told me he had gone home for the day.So now iv been told two different story's, this was all very unnecessary and very unprofessional, for a company that has been in business for 27 years i am completely shocked, I called back after the weekend and had an email saying that my order had been cancelled, and that they will no longer be doing business with me, This company are unprofessional and if they don`t like you because all you wanted was some politeness and professionalism then i`m taken back by how obtuse they can be with customers, they either wanna drive customers away for they just have no idea how to deal with customers. I asked by email on several occasions to speak with a manger, i also asked the persons name who sent me the email saying they will not be doing business with me and they will issue me a refund in due time, i had no reply back, they have not replied to my emails asking to speak with a manger so i can only presume its Bryon the guy that was obtuse to me over the phone and because he was being unhelpful and i said i wanted to speak with martin who originally took my order as Bryon had become rude and obtuse to me, because he didn't like me because i told him we were not getting anywhere and i want to deal with martin who was polite and respectful over the phone, Bryon clearly didn't like what i said and has now cancelled my order and sent me an email saying they will no longer be doing business with me, If this is how they are conducting business, How on earth are they still going with customer service like this, its shocking, The people will come to know if they call up and speak to a rude and arrogant man called Byron, Or deal with Richard who only reply by email, You people got rude to the wrong person They are that unprofessional that iv been unable to speak to who ever is in charge. This is not a professional company.
