I can only say that you have turned our vision into a reality throughout the whole process you and your team have worked closely with us to ensure we achieved what we wanted. Through the initial concepts and detail design you have brought out the essence of NSG as a professional and vibrant business who see collaboration at the centre of all we do. It is one thing to have a good design and another to translate that into something that really works! Your team achieved this with minimum disruption to our operations and they responded positively and professionally to all our requests for changes as the work progressed – not always the easiest thing to do when you have deadlines to meet!
