I would like to thank the team Chris and Steve at Packsealer.I have been using their sealers for about 3 years and I find the customer service has been excellent if it is just to buy a replacement part or a video call they are always extremely pleasant professional and polite. I have no hesitation giving them 5 stars keep up the great service.

Purchased a vacuum sealer and the order/delivery process was excellent. Had a minor issue initially setting up the sealer but contacted Steve and the problem was very quickly resolved. Can't fault the service I received and machine has been working fine.
