Rapid Technologies HQ is based in the northwest of England on the former site of the old Liverpool-Speke airport in newly acquired high-tech premises comprising 6000 sq ft of modern offices, showrooms and warehouse space in Dakota Business Park, Liverpool.
Before re-branding Rapid Technologies was formerly known as Rapid Computers Ltd when it was first established over 30 years ago as a family business by its founding Directors Mark & Denis Stevens in 1985. This was pretty much at the start of the personal micro-computer boom in the 80’s and 90’s and the company went on to sell over 50,000 micro-computers to consumers, business and educational organisations throughout the UK
